Dubbed the Asakusa Tree, the facility will be used as a center for tourist and culture in the area. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/10\/asakusa-tree_1_z9qzy_69.jpg\" alt=\"asakusa tree_1\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The facility is designed without any walls to not hide the interiors, but showing it through louvered windows. The core of the building is to be constructed from steel reinforced concrete and the fa\u00e7ade is to be made from structural steel.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/10\/asakusa-tree_3_B3ICi_69.jpg\" alt=\"asakusa tree_3\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Each of the floors will be supported by spiraled pillars like a vine. The building will be equipped with systems to generate renewable energy from natural sources such as wind, sun and rain.
