The five-story building features 2800-square-feet retail space on the first floor, and it has 12 lofts located on the second, third and fourth floors.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/14\/cherokee-lofts_2_SRr4m_69.jpg\" alt=\"cherokee lofts_2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The architects have designed a green roof, and an underground level of parking.
