Despite the nasty side effects I am ready to try it, as carbs of any kind are making me really spike.  When I bolus for the spike I end up with unpleasant lows.  I&#8217;m starting slowly &#8211; one a day for the first week, 2 a day for the second, and 3 a day from then on.  If it works, and if my husband hasn&#8217;t threatened divorce by then \ud83d\ude42 I&#8217;ll carry on!  Do any of you bolus AND take Acarbose?
