I was suppose to start medication today.  But starting yesterday I changed to the Atkins diet.  My sugars went from consistently 160 to 250 2 hours after ever meal to 100 to 110!  So doctor made a deal with me, as long as I stay on the diet and keep my sugars low then no meds!  But if I stop diet or my sugars for some reason go back up then I need to go back in and get on the medication!  I am so HAPPY!
