The building will be constructed in Hamburg and is slated for completion in 2013.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/18\/bsu-office_2_ks68M_69.jpg\" alt=\"bsu office_2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The new complex consists of one high rise and two adjacent wing buildings. The high rise will provide space for a central lobby that will host the exhibition of Hamburg\u2019s urban model, which will be highly visible through the large glass fa\u00e7ade. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/18\/bsu-office_3_69wma_69.jpg\" alt=\"bsu office_3\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The sustainable building will feature enhanced thermal insulation and reasonable transparency to ensure that the interiors are naturally illuminated during daytime.
