The 24m high pavilion will also be among the largest pavilions at the Expo. Dubbed the \u201cZi Can Dao\u201d, the sustainable pavilion is designed as a breathing organism.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/18\/japanese-pavilion_2_8g4ox_69.jpg\" alt=\"japanese pavilion_2\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The pavilion will be divided into three zones for past, present and future exhibitions. These three zones &#8211; wonders of connections, from &#8216;connections of knowledge&#8217; to &#8216;connections between people&#8217; and balancing &#8216;connections between people&#8217; and the future will make good use of natural resources. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.instablogsimages.com\/images\/2009\/12\/18\/japanese-pavilion_3_lZxtu_69.jpg\" alt=\"japanese pavilion_3\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The pavilion incorporates solar energy collection system and a double-layer membrane that filters sunshine.
