(this is my breading of choice now &#8211; forget the crushed pork rinds! \ud83d\ude00 \ud83d\ude00 :D)<\/p>\n<p>1 egg<br \/>\n1 cup almond meal<br \/>\n1\/4 cup grated parmesan<br \/>\n1 tsp. table salt<br \/>\nthawed fish fillets or nuggets<\/p>\n<p>Beat egg until frothy.
