Sequentially, prices were down 1.5% in October, and year over year they were down 36%.<\/p>\n<p>The chart, courtesy of <a href=\"http:\/\/feedproxy.google.com\/~r\/CalculatedRisk\/~3\/HeTbpeBeiJc\/moodys-cre-prices-off-15-in-october.html\">Calculated Risk<\/a>, tells the story pretty clearly.
