Although Deborah Schultz and Charlene Li were off traveling the globe, <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.softwareinsider.org\/\">Ray Wang<\/a> (who covers enterprise strategy) and myself were able to sit down with Robert and discuss the trends we see happening in the industry.
