That led to getting off of my eating plan, and then everything just snowballed from there.  My weight is creeping back up, and I&#8217;m eating all kinds of stuff that I know I shouldn&#8217;t.  How can one bout with the flu and bronchitis throw everything into chaos?!?  :confused: <\/p>\n<p>Since the new school year started, I&#8217;ve been sick several times, and I know that it&#8217;s because I&#8217;m not taking care of myself by exercising and eating right.  I&#8217;m tired all the time, too.  \ud83d\ude41 <\/p>\n<p>Since I&#8217;m off until 1\/4, I&#8217;ve been trying to get back into the habit of going to the gym&#8230;I&#8217;ve gone 4 days since Saturday, which is a huge improvement.  But, I&#8217;m still stuck.  It&#8217;s like I don&#8217;t remember what I did last year when I was diagnosed!  How do I start eating well, again.
