This 150,000 sf office building will be a new addition to the redevelopment movement of the Three Monjitas Industrial Area. This will become one of the few office condominiums in the last years to be developed in the area.
Near mayor expressways and banking district of Hato Rey the building will provide its owners with a combination of retailcommercial spaces in the first levels combined with office spaces. The commercial area is envisioned to have a combination of services and restaurants that will provide the growing area of alternative services. The project will provide over 700 parking spaces at a structure accessible from various levels to tenants, owners and the public.
