    This $131 million mixed-use high density project proposal focuses at transit oriented development integrating a new train station to all development components. The four residential towers, with a total of 256 apartment units, create a new exiting skyline presence in the edge of San Juan’s financial district while the commercial and office volumes(168,000 sq.ft. of Office Space; 81,200 sq.ft. of Retail Street Level Space) at the base of the complex seek a balanced relationship to the immediate scaled down surroundings. The train guide way and adjacent park were integrated into the project design, maintaining a sensible relationship to a bordering residential community and emphasis to pedestrian circulation over vehicular traffic.

Tengamos fe y espezanza que con el cambio de administracion se decida por este proyecto y no por el otro que esta pautado en Ciudad Red o mejor aun por uno totalmente nuevo y mas atono a la realidad arquitectonica de la segunda decada del tercer milenio.

    Architects also showed three residential projects, the Metropolitan Suites, Metropolitan Courtyard, and Metropolitan College for a total of 135 three-bedroom, two-bath condominiums in three dispersed areas near Ponce’s Catholic University (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico).

    A spokesperson from All Engineering Services Corp., the group charged with the creative design, said the glass and steel modernistic residential units will help to create a new urban landscape for the Ponce of the future, where residential, commercial, educational and institutional threads can come together to bring new life to the city’s major boulevards.

    Feasibility studies for the projects are still pending, according to the project’s real estate broker, Fernando Cortes. But architectural renderings of the buildings’ facades sparked no end of reaction from those attending the unveiling of the project.

    Metropolitan Treo, will be split into three separate residential buildings – Metropolitan Courtyard, Metropolitan Suites and Metropolitan College. The residential project consists of a total of 135 three-bedroomed condominiums, each with two-bathrooms, which will be situated near the Catholic University of Ponce. Designers believe that the ultra-modern glass and steel residential units, which are completely different from anything other architecture in the city, will serve as a platform for residential, commercial and educational sectors to meet and rejuvenate the major boulevards of Ponce.

    Puerto Rico’s El Conquistador Resort Hotel is a first-class international destination that attracts discriminating travelers in search of a relaxing vacation spot in a magnificent environment. MVE intends to set high design standards for the next phases of this overall development and let it become the "living" example for future phases. The site of "The Resort Residences at El Conquistador" is situated some 240 feet above the water, with picture perfect views of the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean. The Resort Residences phase includes four mid-rise condominium buildings of 52 units each and 20 "residencias" of one and two-story villas, plus extensive gardens, patios, terraces and water elements.

    MVE’s design style respects and takes advantage of the Puerto Rican history, traditions, culture and life style, and its architectural character is a timeless contemporary interpretation of elements responding to the local climate and the virtually unlimited views.     This 150,000 sf office building will be a new addition to the redevelopment movement of the Three Monjitas Industrial Area. This will become one of the few office condominiums in the last years to be developed in the area.
    Near mayor expressways and banking district of Hato Rey the building will provide its owners with a combination of retailcommercial spaces in the first levels combined with office spaces. The commercial area is envisioned to have a combination of services and restaurants that will provide the growing area of alternative services. The project will provide over 700 parking spaces at a structure accessible from various levels to tenants, owners and the public. High end finishes on public areas combined with valet parking, wireless connectivity and heliport facilities will make this building one of the new addresses for business in San Juan.
