Yog all-electric vehicle gets powered by electricity generated by artificial lightning

Eco Factor: Concept zero-emission vehicle powered by electricity.

There seems to be no dearth of concept vehicles that not only run clean on electricity, but make sure that the electricity they need comes in an eco-responsible way, which in most cases is an onboard system to harvest renewable energy. Indian industrial designer Arun Thomas thinks differently and has tried to design an all-electric three-wheeler and a concept recharging system that produces artificial thunderstorms for lightning, which is then converted into electricity.

Dubbed the Yog, the all-electric three-wheeled vehicle is powered by artificial thunderstorms created in a closed system, which then converts lightning into usable electricity. The vehicle, on the other hand, moves with the forward thrust produced by a simple tuned-up aircraft engine with an electrically driven propeller.

The Yog runs on elastic wheels with elastic rubber, which is freely connected to the hub enclosed by elastic composite materials. The vehicle uses air and magnetic repulsion power to define its shape.
