The Coop Bakery Wallisellen belongs to the reputable second-largest retailer in Switzerland – Coop. At the site in Wallisellen a staff of about 400 work in three shifts to produce baked goods. Four production lines are employed to generate a daily output of 80 tons. The bakery products are sold exclusively to Coop customers through a network of Coop chain stores.
