This week the Today Show aired a series of exclusive interviews with First Lady Michelle Obama. In the interviews the First Lady discussed the impact of the Executive Office on the Obama marriage and family, living under the scrutiny of the spotlight, her Childhood Obesity Initiative, her thoughts on being the First Lady, and how she’s “having a ball.”

The blogosphere is all a buzz about Mrs Obama’s comments about the weeMichelles. I am sure that there will be many more remarks in the days leading up to the launch of her Childhood Obesity Initiative. Did she say too much? Was it appropriate? Only time will tell. I’m excited about the upcoming initiative and I hope that it will bring about healthy lifestyles changes, not only in children, but in the lives of adults as well.
