Curried Butter Bean Salad( Salad – Legume )

INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 cans (14 oz / 400 g) cooked butter beans
    • 140 ml / 5 fl oz / 2/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
    • 1 heaped T mango chutney
    • 1 heaped T desiccated coconut
    • 2 heaped t curry powder

METHOD:
Drain the beans.

Combine the mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and coconut. Add the beans, mix and serve.
