Daily Random Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cans (14 oz / 400 g) cooked butter beans
- 140 ml / 5 fl oz / 2/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 heaped T mango chutney
- 1 heaped T desiccated coconut
- 2 heaped t curry powder
Drain the beans.
Combine the mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder and coconut. Add the beans, mix and serve.
