The ZESS Public Toilet concept by Belgian design house Bundl has been designed as a standalone autonomous public toilet unit that generates all the energy and water it needs from natural resources. The innovative and prominent toilet tries to improve the street scene.
The ZESS toilet includes a rooftop solar panel that generates electricity needed to illuminate the toilet after dark. Moreover, rainwater is harvested and stored for use inside the toilet.
