Eco Factor: Concept multi-functional office building designed to run on renewable sources of energy.
RAU Architects have unveiled the design of a sustainable mixed-use office building, dubbed the Green Office 2015, which combines a spacious interior for a healthy and comfortable working environment and ample green space for recreation.
The office building has been outfitted with photovoltaic panels and low-noise wind turbines that generate renewable energy for the building keeping its carbon footprint low. Moreover, several strategies will be incorporated to reduce waste.
