The DU demagnetizer series consists of 5 models, from the DU1 to the DU5, depending on the sizes of the pieces to be demagnetized.
Depending on the height of the pieces, the demagnetizers can be
Manual: with manual adjustment of the upper coil
Automatic: with automatic adjustment of the upper coil.
These units have an optical system for measuring the height of the piece that automatically controls the vertical adjustment of the upper coil.
At each type change, the belt stops and the upper coil is automatically taken to the correct position. The belt starts again, the ring is demagnetized in the centre of the coil, with a very short pulse.
The DU1 and DU2 models are manual.
The DU3 DU4 and DU5 models can be manual or automatic
