Even though each separate Country in Europe has its own Government, Europe as a whole has its own separate Parliament where members from each European Country meet. This is from that European Parliament, and the speaker on this occasion is Godfrey Bloom, representing the UK, and he is an Independent Party member. Each speaker is given 90 seconds to say their piece. Don’t hold back there, Godfrey.
