Eco Factor: Concept car powered by an all-electric engine.
While most auto manufacturers are taking advantage of auto shows to demonstrate their ecofriendly vehicles of the future, Volvo till date has no plans for any such green vehicle. However, the auto company did unveil a sketch of what its future electric ride could look like.
The sketch was shown during a presentation during an event hosted by Li-ion battery manufacturer EnerDel, who will provide the vehicle platform for the electric Volvo C30. The company has however denied any plans to put the sketched vehicle into production anytime soon, by stating that the sketch has been produced by one of its designers.
