This year’s season of the FIA World Touring Car Championship could be reduced to only 11 rounds, as it was confirmed that the Mexico round of the 2010 series, initially scheduled to take place on April 11, was cancelled.

Japanese automaker Mitsubishi has just announced a new recall, this time considering the 2010 Galant vehicles which are apparently affected by a leaking fluid issue in the transmission system. According to a notification posted on the official website of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), there are 2,307 affected vehicles.

This year’s New York International Auto Show (NYIAS) due to be held in April will premiere the 2011 TSX Sport Wagon, Acura announced today. According to Honda’s luxury cars division, the Sport Wagon will join the TSX lineup, which already includes the 4-cylinder and V6-powered sports sedans. 
Suzuki’s deal with Volkswagen changed plans of several automakers that previously collaborated with the Japanese manufacturer, most of them deciding to end ties with it.
