Caroll Shelby has lost the second lawsuit in which he is trying to forbid the Factory Five Racing to manufacture and sell kit cars resembling the 1960’s Shelby automobiles.
The U.S. District Court foe the District of Massachusetts dismissed Carrol Shelby’s 2009 suit against Factory Five.
