David Henrie, 20, and his younger brother Lorenzo, 16, allegedly tried to start a fight between a group of girls at Universal CityWalk in Los Angeles on Thursday night. The brothers were reportedly cited for challenging a person to a fight — which is a charge similar to disturbing the peace. According to his website, David comes from a “large, loud family,” and you know what they say about apples and trees, so we guess that explains a lot!

The boys were eventually released to their father.

Hip-hop general Jay-Z will appear as the featured musical guest on an upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live hosted by 88-year-old comedy icon Betty White.

On May 8, White will make her long-awaited debut as host of the sketch show, thanks to a Facebook campaign that implored SNL executive producer Lorne Michaels to snatch up the former Golden Girl. It’s official: America’s Sweetheart Jennifer Aniston launching a new fragrance this summer called Lolavie. She talked with Women’s Wear Daily (WWD) about her decision to join Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, and the numerous other celebs crowding the perfume counter, and revealed a new ad that shows her lounging on a rock, wrapped in a towel — shivering.

“It’s been a year-and-a-half journey. I’d been asked to do things before, and it never felt organic,” Aniston told WWD Friday. “But when Leon [Falic, president of the Falic Fashion Group] approached me to be involved with the process from inception to fruition, I thought, ‘This could be a creative expression,’” she explained.

Aniston, who has yet to reveal the scent of the perfume, noted that she’s worked hard to make sure her scent “smells natural.”

Lolavie will launched this June at Harrods in London. A release date has not yet been confirmed for the US.

It seems Brotha Lova Kim Kardashian is taking a break from “The Swirl” after her recent split from NFL star Reggie Bush: The reality starlet was spotted kissing European soccer ace Cristiano Ronaldo in the middle of a restaurant in Miami this week.

Kim — who is in the sunny Florida city taping scenes for her sisters’ E! reality show, Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami — was reportedly seen in a “very affectionate” embrace with the Real Madrid soccer ace before following him back to his mansion on Wednesday night.

“She and Ronaldo were kissing and very affectionate. They looked to be getting on really well, laughing the whole time,” a source told London’s The Sun on Friday.

Jay-Z despises copycats — which is precisely why the “Big Pimpin’” star has slapped Boston Red Sox first baseman David Ortiz with a $5 million lawsuit for swagger-jacking his club name. You see Ortiz named his new club in the Dominican Republic Forty-Forty — which kinda sounds exactly like Jay’s 40/40 chain here in the States.

The suit — filed by Jay and his business partner Juan Perez in Manhattan federal court on Thursday — accused Ortiz and his sister, Albania Ortiz, of trademark infringement, unjust enrichment, and “false designation of sponsorship” in connection with the Forty Forty nightclub they opened in their Caribbean native last year.

The suit also charges The Ortiz Family with “cybersquatting,” for running a Spanish-language website at www.fortyforty.net.

Jay-Z and Perez own 40/40 Clubs in New York City, Atlantic City, and Las Vegas, with plans to open further venues in Tokyo and Macau. They claim Ortiz is trying to capitalize on the success of their chain by swiping the name they came up with more than seven years ago.

“David Ortiz is fully aware of plaintiff’s Manhattan 40/40 Club, since he had been a patron there on several occasions long before he opened his infringing Forty/Forty Club,” read the lawsuit filed in Manhattan Federal Court.

Larry King and his seventh wife Shawn Southwick have put on a united front following their split announcement – by hugging at their son’s baseball game just 24 hours after filing divorce papers.

A Pussycat Dolls wannabe has pleaded not guilty to a drugs charge stemming from her arrest last month.

Natalie Mejia, who shot to fame after appearing on The Pussycat Dolls reality show Girlicious in 2007, was in a car that was pulled over for speeding on a Los Angeles Freeway and later arrested after cops searched the vehicle and found a dozen bags of cocaine stuffed in the singer’s designer handbag.

Natalie maintains that she has no idea how the blow ended up in her possession and pleaded not guilty to one count of drug possession with intent to sell in a California courtroom on Thursday.

She remains free on bond but will have return to court on April 26.

Dreadlocked soul star Crystal Bowersox is well on her way to winning the ninth season of FOX’s American Idol, but A.I. insiders dish that the homesick single mom came thisclose to throwing in the towel and leaving the competition to return to her home in Ohio about two weeks ago.

According to TMZ.com, the accomplished guitarist and vocalist suffered a meltdown and walked off the show earlier this month. In fact, Crystal — who was nearly disqualified from Idol when she was hospitalized for diabetes in February — only agreed to remain in the competition after a pep talk from host Ryan Seacrest.

“The greatest thing I ever did was make enough money so I could buy my mom a house. You can buy your mom a house,” Ryan said, consoling her.

The words of encouragement seem to have done the trick: Crystal remains in the competition and won rave reviews from the judges for her rendition of the Elvis classic “Saved.”

Shakira and South African band Freshlyground’s song “Time for Africa,” has been selected as the official World Cup anthem.

The track — which will provide the soundtrack to soccer’s Super Bowl — will be released to radio stations across the world next week and will be available for download beginning April 26. The Colombian pop queen and the Capetown band will perform the song at the World Cup kickoff concert in Soweto on June 10, at the tournament’s opening ceremony, and during the July 11 finals.

Bret Michaels — who was released from a San Antonio hospital on Wednesday after undergoing an emergency appendectomy this week — is recovering from the surgery in a private facility for diabetics.

Michaels had been scheduled to perform in The Lone Star State on Sunday night when he began experiencing severe stomach pains and was rushed to the Christus Santa Rosa Hospital-Westover Hills, where he was taken into surgery. The Poison rocker has battled diabetes for close to two decades and doctors want to be sure the potentially fatal condition remains under control while Bret bounces back from the procedure on his appendix.

“While the surgery went well and doctors are optimistic that the rocker will make a full recovery, the fact that he was exhausted due to his rigorous schedule prior to the surgery and coupled with the fact that he has diabetes, the surgery has taken its toll,” read a message uploaded to Bret’s Official Website on Thursday.

Michaels, who appears on the latest season of NBC’s The Celebrity Apprentice, is also in the middle of a North American tour. “It is unclear at this time exactly how many of Michaels tour dates will have to be moved,” his rep says.
