  • Faith In Yourself

Do you believe in yourself and that you can accomplish your goals?

    Isn’t that a great question?

    Well, do you?

Do you have faith in yourself?

A stressful habit we may have, at times, is lack of faith in ourselves. This is a stressful habit because we worry about if we will accomplish what we set out to achieve. This worry causes stress.

Believe that you can obtain any goal that you set your heart and mind on.

I know the power within you. You can achieve all that you want. How do I know this? I know this because you are successful. If you have made it this far in life, you are successful. Look at all the things you have accomplished thus far. Look at the relationships you have made, look at the jobs/careers you have or had, and look at all your successes so far.

You are capable of doing anything you set your heart and mind to.

If you are having a hard time with having faith in yourself, then do this exercise.

List all of your accomplishments and mile stones in your life. Include elementary school, Jr. high, high school, sports, arts, music, relationships, vacations, careers, and purchases. I guarantee if you make this list it will remind you how great you are and how great you continue to be.

Sometimes, as we get older, we stop setting goals, and then we become stagnant. This may be happening to you and that may increase the doubt in yourself.

Remember all the goals you have set and accomplished so far in your life. This will increase faith in yourself.

Destress yourself by having faith in yourself and that you can accomplish your goals. When you do this you will discover what you can create in your life.

When you destress yourself you change your thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude. You change your thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude from stressful to successful.

  • Deep Relaxation & Meditation

When it comes to Meditation we must have an open mind and make a commitment if we want change in our lives.

When people think of meditation they often think of religion or they think of it as a waste of time. But meditation is the ultimate skill of patience, which gives peace and calm to our minds, bodies, and then to our lives.

Stress causes a racing mind of worry and fear, which is usually on autopilot. When on autopilot we display unwanted emotions like anger, irritability, and moodiness. When our mind is noisy we are unable to fall asleep, stay asleep, and get essential hours of sleep.

Other thoughts that may cause disorder in our mind and lives are of what we don’t have, peoples’ offenses, the need to control other people, or lack of faith in ourselves. These stressful thoughts manifest into physical symptoms and cause muscle tension and stiffness.

A popular meditation technique to help remedy all of the above mentioned is Deep Relaxation Meditation, which is most effective if done everyday.

When we learn the technique of deep relaxation and do it often enough we will create a habit of being aware of our tension and stiffness throughout the day. In other words, we become more aware and in tuned with our mind and body. This habit allows us to bring ourselves to a relaxed and calm state anywhere at anytime.

The Deep Relaxation Meditation should be done everyday to produce the habit mentioned above. The best time to do this is right before you go to sleep so that you may create an intentional deep sleep and if you have difficulty sleeping this will also help improve your rest in the evening.

On the whole, we can benefit from Deep Relaxation Meditation if done two to three times a day. This technique can be done in 5 to 10 minutes.

The best way to learn this practice is with an instructive audio. After listening once or twice it should be very easy to facilitate on your own.

A good audio will teach you to begin in a comfortable position with deep breathing exercises. Then the audio will bring you through a process of relaxing every part of your body. Not only does this relax your body it also relaxes your mind because you take yourself out of your thoughts and into the focus of the senses in the body.

This practice has the benefit of releasing physical strain, quieting the mind, giving the participant peace, and it allows you a spiritual space.

When your mind is quiet and your body is relaxed you will better be able to hear that still small voice.

Learn to do a Daily Deep Relaxation Meditation and you will be an expert at destressing yourself and creating happiness in your life.

When you destress yourself you change your thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude. You change your thoughts, feelings, and actions of stressful habits to successful practices.

If you are unhappy something must be done. If you are not living life with happiness, joy, energy, and vitality then you must do something about it.

  • Waking Up Grateful

Life can be very busy and we can be in a hurry, starting with the moment we wake up. A very stressful habit we may have is getting up and then rushing to go to or get to whatever it is we have for the day. We can create a successful practice by waking up with an attitude of gratitude.

You can destress yourself by creating a habit of waking up grateful. Rather than waking up, and jumping up, we can wake up, take a deep breath, and think of how grateful we are for things in our life.

I love my life! Every morning, I wake up, take a deep breath, and recognize that I love my life. I love my bed, my sheets, my pillows, my room, my home, my town (well it’s more like a village which is smaller than a town), my family, my friends, my business, and what I do, everyday.

This practice is very successful in creating thoughts and feelings that make me feel great. What a wonderful way to start the day.

It is my belief that we should always start our day off on the right foot. We can start the day off by getting up on the right side of the bed.

We are totally capable of starting our day off with intention versus starting our day off on auto pilot.

Let’s take responsibility for our lives by taking responsibility for our days. Let’s begin our day with intention and wake up grateful everyday.

There are so many things we can be grateful for. We can be grateful for the little things like, our bed, our sheets, and our pillows.

We can be grateful for bigger things like, the air that we breath, the legs we walk on, the eyes that we see with, the nose that we smell with, the fingers that we touch with, the mind that we think with, and the heart that we love with.

We can be grateful for things like, the faces that we get to kiss, the people that we love, and the people that love us.

I am so very grateful for you, this blog, the internet, and for all the good things in this world. There are so many great things in this world!

I am grateful to help thousands of people destress themselves.

When you destress yourself you change your thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude. You change your thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude of stressful habits to successful practices.

If you are unhappy something must be done. If you are not living life with happiness, joy, energy, and vitality then you must do something about it. You can learn to be happy by destressing yourself and I can show you how, for free.

  • Advanced Stress Management

There are many things we can do that fall under the category of Basic Stress Management. We know that we can eat right, exercise, get plenty of rest, and eliminate addictive habits like caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and drugs. These behaviors will create energy and it takes energy to manage stress.

So what do we know about Advanced Stress Management?

Advanced Stress Management is evolving our stressful habits into successful practices by evolving the mind. In order to evolve our mind we must take responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude. Frequently we live our lives while our thoughts are on autopilot. When our mind is on autopilot we are not necessarily thinking but reacting from our habits. We get up in the morning, without intention, get ready for the day, go to work or school, get home, watch TV, go to bed, and then we do it all over again.

In order to evolve our mind we must remove ourselves and our thoughts from autopilot and take responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude by living with intention. We can start our day with intention, live our day with intention, and end our day with intention.

How do we live with intention? One way is we can take our worries and turn them into faith.

For example, we may be worried about not having enough money. When we worry about not having enough money we may feel doubt and fear about our situation. When we feel doubt and fear we start to make decisions based on this doubt and fear. Some decisions may be to cut back on our expenses and luxuries.

When we evolve our mind we take responsibility for our thoughts, become aware of our worry, and then focus on a what we want. We focus on a solution, move towards that solution, and that will create faith.

When we are worried about not having enough money, the opposite would be having more than enough money. This goal of having more than enough money is our intention. We should then wake up in the morning with intention, asking ourselves, “how can I make more money?” We should go through our day thinking, “What can I do today, right now to make more money?” And then we can go to sleep with intention by thinking about what we would like to do to make more money. When we think like this we feel desire and make decisions based on the feelings of desire. Some decisions may be to start a business or look for a better job or career.

This intentional behavior is taking responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude.

We take responsibility for our thoughts by taking them off autopilot and a habit of worry, and focus them on goals.

We take responsibility for our feelings by removing the doubt and fear and replacing it with intention, expectation, and hope.

We take responsibility for our actions because we take action towards our goals versus taking action in the direction of our troubles. This behavior creates faith, the opposite of worry.

And finally, we take responsibility for our attitude by having faith rather than fear.

Advanced Stress Management is truly evolving the mind by taking responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude. These successful habits create desire, faith, and confidence by becoming aware of and eliminating thoughts of doubt, fear, and worry.

If you are a worrier evolving the mind might take some serious dedication. But, when we become accountable for our thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude, we truly become experts on managing our stress.

  • Destress Yourself

What does it mean to Destress Yourself? Excellent question!

Destress Yourself means managing stress at a very advanced level. It means to discover your stressful habits and turn them into successful practices.

Whether you have stress at work, stress at home, stress in your relationship, stress with your finances, or just difficulties coping with stress, you can destress yourself. You can discover stressful habits and turn them into successful practices.

What are stressful habits? Oh my gosh, there are millions of stressful habits and yet everyone has their own unique ways of causing their own stress. Yes, we cause our own stress.

How do we cause our own stress? Well, the first method to our madness of causing stress is denial. We deny that anything is wrong. We deny that we are in the constant state of going no where and we say that everything is fine and that “someday” things will be different. We deny our stress by playing the victim. “Oh poor me, I have such a terrible life.”

Sounds cruel, does it not? Guess what? You can have, be, do, whatever your heart desires. How do you have, be, do? Well, you decide what you want and find out how to get there. How do you get there? Google it! Read about it or ask someone who can show you it.

How do you decide what you want? Well, we have a destress yourself class that can help you and show you a step by step process on how to destress yourself. This class will help with your discovery and evolution from a stressed life to a destressed life.

When you destress yourself you change your thoughts, feelings, actions, and attitude. You change your thoughts, feelings, and actions of stressful habits to successful practices.

If you are unhappy something must be done.

If you are not living life with happiness, joy, energy, and vitality then you must do something about it.
