  • Vizio Sneak Peek

Beyonce is the Irvine HDTV company’s latest celebrity endorsee. It’s great that Vizio signed her but let me say this, she’s not the only celebrity showing up in Sunday’s TV commercial.

Vizio also shares this: Besides the Beyonce commercial, the company has the opening and closing bill boards and two 30-second spots during the pre-game show, which it’s sponsoring. Its Internet TVs will decorate the background of the anchor desk plus its name will be on the camera that hovers above the field — the Vizio Vision Cam.

  • Beyoncé ‘Hearts’ OK!

Right now, Beyoncé is the Queen of the Grammy kingdom, after taking home six awards at last weekend’s music ceremony. The powerhouse songstress sparkled on the red carpet and delivered an energetic performance, covering Alanis Morrisette hit “You Oughta Know.” When Beyoncé sat down for an exclusive interview with OK!’s Michelle Edgar, the beauty signed her famous John Hancock on the Grammy pages of the magazine to show her love for OK!. Beyoncé is a jack of many trades, with numerous No. 1 albums, her own clothing line House of Deréon, and now her own perfume, “Heat,” which she launched this week.

B definitely shared the spotlight with some of music’s other leading ladies on Grammy night, and says she appreciates Lady Gaga’s bold, outlandish style. “It’s refreshing to see someone who has so much guts,” Beyoncé said. “She actually is a student of fashion design, and has a style all her own. I just finished the video with her, and it was so much fun — not to play it safe, just to go with something, and take it as far as you want.”

Beyoncé also opened up to OK! on some of her favorite behind-the-scenes moments with her former girl group Destiny’s Child. “Our ritual, after a show, would be to have our own ‘after party’ on the tour bus, and we would play the song [‘Remix to Ignition’ that goes] ‘after the show was the after party’ and this was before Jay and I started dating,” Beyoncé shared. “We used to play that song again and again, and dance to this corny choreography together, laugh, and then go to sleep. Those little moments on the tour bus meant so much to me.”

As far as her former groupmates Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland, Beyoncé has nothing but respect for them. “Michelle is hilarious, and always says the silliest things at the craziest moments, and Kelly is always so neat and tidy, and she’ll give you the clothes off her back since she’s so sweet and genuine.”

  • Crazy In Love… with Monopoly?

Hasbro has unveiled the design of the new 75th anniversary edition of their classic board game, Monopoly, set to hit stores in fall of 2010. “Monopoly: Revolution Edition” is slick and round instead of dull and square, with debit cards and an ATM instead of paper money and a banker, clear plastic representations of the classic tokens (bye-bye, little boot!), and clips of popular songs (like Rihanna’s “Umbrella,” Daniel Powter’s “Bad Day,” and Beyonce’s “Crazy in Love”) that play after certain actions.

  • Put It In A Love Song to be shot in Brazil?

Newspaper O Dia broke the news today that Alicia Keys will be landing in the city on Monday morning with producer Swizz Beats to shoot the video for Put It In A Love Song with Beyoncé. They will be staying at the Fasano in Ipanema. Alicia Keys will attend Beyoncé’s final concert in Rio on Monday night, shoot the video on Tuesday, and leave the country on Wednesday. Rumor has it that the video will shoot in a favela and in a school in Rio. Takes from Carnival at the Sambadrome may also be added to the video, and samba school Grande Rio is already putting the final touches in the Carnival headdresses ordered exclusively for Alicia Keys and Beyoncé to wear in the video (and yes, apparently they are completely covered in Swarovski crystals).

  • Beyoncé Wants Kings Of Leon

The singer won six Grammy Awards on Sunday, setting a new record for the number of prizes won by a female in one night. She is reportedly keen to ensure her music keeps getting better, and thinks the US rock band could help her experiment with a new sound. The 28-year-old star approached Nathan, Caleb, Jared and Matthew Followill at a Grammy after-party and is said to have spent the whole night discussing ideas for new songs. “Beyonce looked stunning and was chatting to virtually every major star on hand,” an onlooker told British newspaper The Daily Mirror. “She kissed Kings of Leon on their cheeks and congratulated them on winning an award for Use Somebody. “They were chatting for ages. She knows how huge they are in the UK and loves their album. She was scouting for people to collaborate with and has been talking about doing something different with a rock band. Kings of Leon would be perfect.”

  • Beyoncé strikes $7M note

    Well alright now!

Ticket sales for Beyonce’s “I Am…Sasha Fierce” concert on February 18 are now an estimated $7 million, TSTT manager of media relations and corporate communications Graeme Suite disclosed yesterday. This increase comes after the R&B superstar won six Grammys at the 52nd Grammy Awards ceremony last Sunday, more than any woman on a single night in the history of the show. In a release yesterday, TSTT said ticket holders for Beyonce’s “I Am…” concert on February 18 in the Queen’s Park Savannah should feel extremely fortunate.

  • EW Grades Beyoncé!

The just-minted winner of the Song of the Year trophy made her first stage appearance of the night (she passed up accepting the award in person in order to prepare) in full woman-warrior gear — studs, corset, black leather — to sing I am … Sasha Fierce’s gender-twisting ballad ”If I Were a Boy.” And the message carried over: The back-up dancers — dressed in their best ”if I were a stormtrooper” get-ups — were all male, but her band was, as always, ladies only. Queen B delivered a passionate, melisma-filled performance, breaking midway through into the original woman-scorned anthem, Alanis Morrissette’s ”You Oughtta Know” before returning to a hair-whipping, stage-pounding coda of ”Boy.” Sasha? Fierce. Grade: A-
