Hilary Duff seems to be enjoying motherhood, but admits to OMG Yahoo that it’s hard to be a mother when being followed by the paparazzi. Duff explains that it’s hard to take a baby out, while being followed by photographers.

Along with the paparazzi, Duff has run into more normal problems with motherhood, namely losing the weight put on from carrying a human being around in your belly for nine months. She hired a trainer, and with a strict diet and exercise regimen, she was able to reach her goal of burning the 50 lbs. She shared her journey towards weight loss on her Instagram account.

Duff is looking to try and work some more, while balancing her time with her son. Recently, she appeared on the season finale of Two and a Half Men. She explains she was able to take the work, because it fit in with her schedule, and left her plenty of time with her son.

  • Supercut of Video Games In The Movies, The 80′s Win

Would you believe there’s more than 20 minutes worth of video game scenes in the history of cinema? Depending on how deep you want to dig in the annals of cinema history, it actually looks pretty easy. In fact, if you stay until the end of of the credits, you’ll see they actually left off some movies.

I think it’s safe to say that the 80′s ruled in terms of including video games in movies. As proven by the fact that Freddie Krueger killed some teens with the Power Glove. Not to mention that Kurt Russell’s character from The Thing, MacReady, completely ruined what was thousands of dollars worth of computer equipment because of losing a game of chess. They even did video game rage better in the 80′s.

  • Michael Bolton Opens Up About Struggles With Career In Telling Interview

Michael…Bolton? Yes, the ACTUAL Michael Bolton, and not a software engineer at Initech, has opened up in a telling interview with Huffington Post. He just so happens to have a biography coming out as well, titled ‘The Soul of it All’.

Bolton opened up during the interview, talking about how he trekked across country in the 60′s at the age of 14. Calls it a miracle that he survived those experiences. Did a large amount of drugs, even claiming to smoke banana peels.

He grew up in a poor family, with his parents divorced. He started getting involved in music at the age of 13-14, after being involved in sports before then.

Received his first record deal at age 16. It took Bolton 18 years after that first deal before he received his first big hit. He said his first record deal felt like he’d signed with the Yankees. One of his early works was writing and producing songs for Cher.

He shows his humorous side, talking about his experience working with The Lonely Island and doing his rendition of Captain Jack Sparrow.

Bolton started out in rock and roll circles. He actually worked with Paul Stanley in one of the first bands he was a part of, called Blackjack. Bolton also reveals his ties with Kanye West, and how he had to ask his daughters who he was before working with him.

He spent a good portion of the interview providing advice to those looking to get into a music career. He says to work with a voice coach, and just continue to work at it. Talent and passion can’t get you as far as you need to and compares it to training for the Olympics.

Bolton even talked about his sex life, with this direct quote form his book, “Unlike Santa, the tooth fairy, and the Easter bunny, sex was real. Soon other girls were more than willing to get naked with me. I was stunned at my luck. I’ll be forever grateful that my first was a patient, kind, gifted, and enthusiastic instructor. Once she’d introduced me to the glories of sex, I realized what I’d been missing in my first precious thirteen years of life. I had to make up for lost time. So I immediately asked when we could do it again”

He then talks about dating stars Nicollete Sheridan and Teri Hatcher.

Bolton then gives his opinion about the current state of music, and talks about his thoughts about Justin Timberlake, and says he could have a Frank Sinatra like career before all is said and done.

And just in case you were wondering what Bolton thinks about Office Space, he’s pushing for Mike Judge to make a sequel and hopes he can star in it.

  • 2013 Firestone Indy Lights Race Has Extremely Close Finish

The ending to the 2013 Firestone Indy Lights Race ended the way you typically see in the movies, as the winner Peter Dempsey passed the finish line just .0026 seconds quicker than the 2nd place racer. Not only was the margin of victory minuscule, the race ended 4 wide, with all cars coming down the stretch, side-by-side-by-side-by-side.

    Enjoy.

We can only hope that the Indianapolis 500 provides something exciting as this to finish with.

  • Charlie Sheen Changes Name For Upcoming Film ‘Machete Kills’

Since his inaugural Hollywood appearance in Red Dawn, and even before that, Charlie Sheen has used his changed name in every movie or television show he’s appeared in. This will change with his role in the campy, action film sequel ‘Machete Kills’. He’s embracing his latino heritage, by using the moniker Carlos Estevez, his birth name.

The history of the Estevez/Sheen names is quite interesting. Martin Sheen was born Ramon Antonio Gerardo Estevez. He changed his name to Martin Sheen to have a better chance at getting work as an actor, however, he never officially changed his name. This led to all four of his children to adopt the Estevez surname. Charlie Sheen kept his original name into his teen years, and ended up changing it for the same reason as his father, to try and get acting work.

Sheen will use his birth name for the first time in his long acting career. We don’t know yet whether or not he will use his birth name in future films or if this is a one shot deal.

Carlos Estevez joins a stacked cast, with Danny Trejo, Amber Heard, Mel Gibson, Sofia Vergara, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Antonio Banderas, Cuba Gooding Jr., and more.

Machete Kills looks to take the camp to the next level, as proven by the IMDB plot summary – “The U.S. government recruits Machete to battle his way through Mexico in order to take down an arms dealer who looks to launch a weapon into space.

Really, the film could be about anything if they give Sofia Vergara chest guns. Which they have. The movie is set to release September 13th.

The photos show Martin blowing smoke, riding a horse, and holding a gun. • Lady & The Tramp Movie Poster Found at Goodwill Worth $53,900

Imagine you’re browsing through Goodwill, looking for some deals, then dropping $4.99 on a movie poster. Then discovering that your purchase is worth $53,900 in mint condition. For Tom Glenn, of Forest Lake, Minnesota, this story was an actual reality. He was browsing through his local Goodwill when he noticed an old-school styled Lady & The Tramp movie poster. At the time, Glenn didn’t know he was in the possession of an original copy.

Which he would later discover has the potential to be worth $53,900.

    KMSP-TV

Glenn frequents his local Goodwill regularly, but even he couldn’t have anticipated this sort of payday. He even admits that he didn’t think it was an original when he dropped five dollars on it, “This wasn’t looked at as a true investment. It was, ‘Hey! It’s there. I’ll grab it; see what happens”

He took the poster to an antique store in Chicago, where he discovered that his poster was genuine original. The poster had some wear and tear, not in mint condition, so he was told that he could sell it for anywhere between $20,000 – $40,000. Something tells me Mr. Glenn will be perfectly fine with that haul.

  • London Cleaver Attack Being Classified As a Terrorist Attack

In what can only be described as brutal, senseless, and disturbing, a british soldier was hacked to death in the middle of a street in London. He was hit with a car before the hacking, with the two men responsible not running from the scene but using it as a means to make a statement. The attack took place in a neighborhood called Woodwich, with the incident ending in a shootout and both suspects taken to separate hospitals.

The video below shows one of the attackers with bloody hands, trying to explain why they butchered the man on the street.

“We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you until you leave us alone” the assailant continued, “The only reasons we killed this man this is because Muslims are dying daily”

There were numerous witness reports, with one claiming they were trying to remove the victim’s organs. The suspects were trying to get people to take pictures of them, as they wanted the event to be highly publicized.

The attack lead to heightened security around London, with the police anticipating counter attacks against the muslim community. Riot police were dispersed, as a top security measure. The Muslim Council of Britain immediately came down on the attack, ensuring that the attack didn’t represent the Islamic faith. They also urged London “to come together in solidarity to ensure the forces of hatred do not prevail.” There has only been one account of retaliation, as a man with two knives threw a smoke grenade into a mosque in east London. He demanded someone to come out and claim responsibility for the attack. The man was later arrested.

Along with heightened police security, London barracks were put on high alert in anticipation of another attack taking place. The victim was a member of the Royal Artillery Barracks in Woolwich, he was on his way back to his station when the attack took place.

David Cameron, prime minister of England, immediately responded to the attack.

  • Oklahoma Tornado: Bank Vault Saves 24 Lives

Today, the nation watched as the aftermath of the Moore, Oklahoma F5 tornado poured in. Stories continued as the day went on, and while prayers were said, and people worried for the victims, stories of inspiration presented themselves as well. Whether it was a victim being reunited with her dog, Kevin Durant donating $1 million to Red Cross, or first responders doing everything they could for the victims.

For 24 people at the Tinker Federal Credit Union in Moore, OK, they were able to find safety in a bank vault, as the building and everything around it was devastated. As you can see by the image below, the vault was able to stay grounded as 200+ MPH winds demolished the aluminum, wood, and everything else in the building around them.

Matt Stratton, vice president of marketing for TFCU, said this of reconstruction efforts for the credit union, “I feel certain we will build a new branch there. It’s been a very successful location for us, a very popular branch amongst our members.”

According to Stratton, employees of the credit union had homes destroyed in the tornado, and he said they’d work with them any way they could. The credit union manager was dedicated to his job as well, staying at the vault until it could be locked and secured.

  • New Under the Dome Trailer, Adapted Stephen King Story Comes To CBS

A metaphysical mystery, small town, a dynamic group of interesting characters; it certainly sounds like a Stephen King novel. Like all of the great Stephen King books, the story will be adapted to a different media. With ‘Under the Dome’, it will be receiving the television treatment, coming to CBS in June. The series will be produced by Brian K. Vaughan, known for his work in comics with Y: The Last Man.

IGN released a new trailer, providing some more details of the feel of the show along with some of the characters that will be appearing.

If the premise seems familiar, it’s because the use of a dome over a small town was used in The Simpson’s Movie, as seen below.

Before you accuse Stephen King or the show for ripping off The Simpsons, you should know that the novel has been in the works well before The Simpsons movie. According to Stephen King in the interview below, he’s been stewing on the idea since the mid-70′s.
