I have Vista 64 bit on my computer and am planning to upgrade soon to 7. The One Touch meter driver does not work with either program. Does anybody know of a work around that is available? I would like to be able to upload my results onto my computer.

What is happening is people are planning to get to Canberra behind Old Parliament House on Monday at 10.30am to march in support of Peter Spencers protest saying Australia is not a free country any more and we want a royal commission into the injustices concerning the Kyoto protocol & property rights.
Land can now be taken from anyone without Just terms and the fact that Peter Spencer cannot get heard in court despite 200 days attempting to do so is ample evidence the system is not working.

Other then the Tata Indicruz model the other attractions in this auto show are some upcoming small car models like Chevrolet Beat, Ford Figo, Volkswagen Polo and a concept of new small car model from Honda India named as Tif. The Delhi Auto Show will continue for a week till 11th January.
Tata Motors will also unveil a new Jaguar luxury saloon at the event which will be the new XJ model that was earlier launched in June 2009. The variants will be powered with a 5.0-liter petrol (385 PS, supercharged 510 PS) and 3.0-liter diesel engine with 275 PS.
Saksena said Indicruz would be positioned in the market to compete with Volvo XC 90, Honda CRV and General Motor’s Captiva. It will be the company’s first multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) and a cross over of three existing models. The vehicle will come with features such as airbags, cruise control and automatic climate control. He said it would be priced competitively as all these utility vehicles were priced around Rs 20-25 lakh each.“Our engineers have been working hard at get the best features and you will see the result at the Auto Expo in New Delhi”, Saksena said.

H1N1-Swine Flu: The Perfect Panacea for Political Dissent
‘2009 has been a year of endless wars and man made pestilence. And 2010, looks like more of the same. Pandemic
emergencies have been invoked in failing or failed states such as
Mexico last spring, and more recently in Ukraine
(“Ukraine’s Fantom flu”, Foreign Policy, November 25,
2009).Both states are in
current internal turmoil and are basically being kept afloat thanks to
an IMF loan lifeline, or billions in cash infusions. But these economic
shots in the arms from the IMF medics also seem to be accompanied by
mass scare campaigns fomented from the top and fear mongering
techniques. There is an odd coincidental timing between flu outbreaks
and chronic political- economic pandemonium. Are the authorities
attempting to cow the population into a state of submission?Or perhaps distract their
citizenry from their dismal daily lives, punctuated by falling
standards of living, corruption, rising crime and increasing
administrative incompetence to deal with these blights? Perhaps this is
just pure conjecture on my part but allow me to surmise this: the H1N1
flu outbreaks seem to be tool to tighten the government’s grip
over its increasingly dissenting populace. This tool seems to be an
