  • Ray J: Kim Kardashian Look-Alike Stars In “I Hit It First” Video

Ray J apparently doesn’t want us to forget that he was the one who started the Kim K train a’rollin’, because not only did he write a song called “I Hit It First”–which is obviously about Kim–but he made sure to give us visual clues in the video. Namely, the girl in it looks exactly like her, right down to the booty.

With most excellent lyrics like “I hit it, I hit it, I hit it, I hit it, I hit it I hit it first”, Ray J clearly put a lot of effort into penning an ode to his ex and wants Kanye to know that if she’s ever unhappy, he’s willing to make another video with her. And by video, he means hugely successful sex tape. No word yet on how Kanye or Kim feel about it, but there’s bound to be some backlash; Kanye isn’t known for his restraint.

  • Newborn Left On Beach Rescued By Passerby

A newborn baby girl was found naked and crying in the sand on a beach in Honolulu on Sunday, having just been born possibly moments earlier.

The baby was discovered by a woman who had just arrived at the beach and heard screaming down by the water. As she got closer, the screaming stopped and she could hear a baby crying, but there was no one else around. The infant was taken to the hospital, where she was closely examined and declared healthy at 8 pounds, but as of now no one has come forward to claim her. According to Hawaii law, prosecution can be avoided if an infant is left in the care of a hospital or with fire/police services. Since the baby was left on the beach, officials are investigating and will prosecute if the mother is found.

If the child isn’t claimed within a week, the Department of Human Services will file a petition to ask for custody and will eventually release a photo of her in the hopes that family will come forward.

  • Chad Johnson, Homeless Man Go Out On The Town

Chad Johnson made quite a few headlines last year after being arrested for a domestic violence dispute–in which he was accused of headbutting his wife, sending her to the hospital–and subsequently being released from his contract with the Miami Dolphins. He went on Twitter around that time to vent about being unemployed, and it looks like things haven’t changed much on the job front…but he’s making the most of it.

Johnson recently met a homeless man named “Pork Chop” and decided to buy him more than just the beer he asked for. The two hit the town, going on a shopping trip and then out to some clubs, with Johnson tweeting updates about it the entire time. When asked later if he had a long-term plan to help his new friend, Johnson said he’s doing everything in his power to change things for Pork Chop.

  • “Ponytail Stunt Death”: Man Dies On Zip Line

The “Ponytail Stunt Death”, as it’s being called, occurred over the weekend when a Guinness record holder attempted a dangerous stunt over the River Teesta in West Bengal, India.

48-year old Sailendra Nath Roy was performing his infamous stunt, which involved him hanging from a zip line by his hair some 600 feet in the air, when there was a snag on the line and he got caught. Roy flailed about in the air for several minutes, but no one could reach him to help. Authorities say he died of a heart attack.

“He was desperately trying to move forward. He was trying to scream out some instruction. But no one could follow what he was saying. After struggling for 30 minutes he became still,” said Balai Sutradhar, a photographer covering the event.

Tragically, Roy allegedly told his wife that the stunt would be his last, as she was greatly concerned for his safety. Officials say there were no emergency caregivers on the scene, and that Roy was in the air for over 45 minutes before he was taken to the hospital.

  • “Jersey Shore” Actor Hospitalized For Kidney Issues

“Jersey Shore” star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has been admitted to an Orlando hospital with a painful kidney stone, his rep says.

Ronnie was in Florida to promote his new alcoholic beverage line, Smush Cocktails, and started feeling pain during a convention. He later tweeted out that he was in the hospital and in a lot of pain, which was followed up by a statement from his reps.

“Ronnie was admitted to an Orlando area hospital late Saturday night,” the statement said. “He’s in a lot of pain and is expected to remain there for several days.”

Kidney stones are usually broken up by laser once they reach a certain size and then passed through the urine stream, but sometimes the patient just has to wait it out and let them pass on their own. No word yet on whether or not Ronnie has undergone any procedures while in the hospital.

  • 14-Year Old Forced To Get Pregnant By Adoptive Mom

A 14-year old girl was forced into pregnancy by her adoptive mom after the woman was told she couldn’t adopt any more children.

The woman was desperate for another baby and hatched a plan to inseminate her daughter with syringes and donor sperm she procured online. The girl says she went along with the plan because she thought it would make her mother love her.

The woman, an American transplant in the U.K., has been given a 5-year prison sentence for child cruelty after a successful pregnancy yielded a baby boy born in 2011, when the daughter was just 17. The children were put into foster care after a hospital employee overheard the mother admonishing her daughter about breastfeeding because she didn’t want the baby to become attached to her.

  • Denise Richards: Skinny Jeans Are Too Skinny

Denise Richards was spotted running errands recently looking decidedly thinner than usual, and rumors are now floating around online that she’s developed an eating disorder.

Richards was snapped by photographers as she picked up her daughters from gymnastics in a sleeveless top which showed off her slender arms, and skinny jeans that showcased her thin frame. And while Hollywood’s obsession with thin actresses has reached an unhealthy peak in recent years, Richards says she doesn’t workout in order to get “skinny”.

“When I exercise I never say I work out to stay thin — I always use the words healthy and strong,” Richards said. “I don’t obsess about wearing makeup when I leave the house or looking a certain way. I often look frumpy in paparazzi shots because I may just throw myself together going to the park and soccer games.”

The media has faced a wave of backlash in recent months over an emphasis on female bodies–Ashley Judd wrote a particularly strong essay for The Daily Beast regarding rumors that she’d had plastic surgery–but the truth is, gossip magazines are just one part of the problem. These days, anyone with an opinion can have a very public voice via Twitter, Facebook, or any number of social media sites. And when the issue is about a woman being too thin, it can be just as hurtful as talk about a woman being too soft.

But Richards says she lives a healthy lifestyle because she has young daughters to set an example for.

“I don’t know why lately I’ve been getting so much flack for it… I have a very healthy lifestyle and I’m busy. I have a daughter who’s almost 2 that I carry all the time. She’s just under 30 pounds. What bothers me is I have three daughters, and I’m such an advocate for health and fitness… in moderation. We eat ice cream all the time.”

  • Tom Sizemore: Drugs, Sex, and Fame Chronicled In Book

Tom Sizemore has 136 film and television roles under his belt, and for a guy who grew up on the mean streets of Detroit, the fame that came with starring in revered movies such as “Saving Private Ryan” and cult classics like “Natural Born Killers” meant the world. He earned millions, he rubbed elbows with the biggest stars of the day, and, ultimately, he watched it all float away on a river of drugs and illicit sex tapes.

“I’ve led an interesting life, but I can’t tell you what I’d give to be the guy you didn’t know anything about,” Sizemore writes in his new book, “By Some Miracle I Made It Out Of There”. The book details the demons he’s fought in over two decades of working in Hollywood, including a volatile relationship with celebrity madam Heidi Fleiss that began a downward spiral in his career. He says that at one point, he thought he would have to start rethinking his options.

“Bob [Forrest, from Celebrity Rehab] thought I had a future in helping people get sober, and that seemed like a good idea,” he said. “Because, look, I like to read, see movies, look at art, and be around people. That doesn’t exactly set me up for a lot of career options.”

But with a whopping 18 projects due out in 2013 alone, Sizemore is certainly not sitting back and letting his past dictate his future. While the book details gritty subject matter befitting some of his more violent, sleazy onscreen personas, it is also an honest look at the man he was and the man he wants to be. He says the “a-ha moment” came all of a sudden.

“I used to blame my problems on other people,” he said. “But my moment of clarity, if you want to call it that, came when I was looking in the mirror one day and just burst into tears. It wasn’t just that I looked bad, it was that I knew my problem was me. I used to think it was Heidi [Fleiss] or the police trying to find some sort of scapegoat, but I could suddenly see that it was me and that it had always been me.”

Sizemore now says he’s sober and ready to move on, and he’s also ready for fans to gain a new perspective on who he is.

“I have thin skin,” he says. “I’m not a tough guy. I play tough guys in movies and behaved like one in front of the press because I thought that was what a man did. They can’t believe I have a Master’s in Fine Arts, and that I enjoy Shakespeare. I’m essentially a momma’s boy with a good education.”

  • Ashton Kutcher Melee: Actor Fights Guard Over Fan

Ashton Kutcher is nothing if not a gentleman towards his fans.

The “Two And A Half Men” star was reportedly enjoying a performance at Stagecoach music festival over the weekend when a fan approached him and asked to shake his hand. When the woman got too close, however, a security guard stepped in and allegedly pushed both the woman and Kutcher, and Kutcher pushed back. Things escalated to a violent shoving match, and the guard tried to eject Kutcher, but the actor left on his own after having friends hold him back.

Kutcher isn’t the only star to have issues at a concert; Johnny Depp faced trouble from a fan last spring after the 52-year old woman claimed his bodyguards roughed her up during an Iggy Pop concert. Of course, bodyguards and security guards are usually just doing what is most certainly a tough job, but some fans think they can be overzealous when it comes to a major celebrity.

So far, Kutcher has had no comment on the incident, but he did tweet out several comments about the music at the festival on his Twitter page.

  • Kate Hudson: Surprise Party Full Of Stars

Kate Hudson was surprised with a super-secret birthday bash for her 34th recently, and a slew of celebrities showed up to help her celebrate.

Hudson’s fiance, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy, organized the party and invited several of their high-profile friends, including Leslie Mann and Judd Apatow and actress Cameron Diaz. The party was held at a friend’s home in New York City, where Hudson danced the night away with her pals.

“Kate was totally surprised,” a source said. “The party started outside, but it was freezing so people moved inside and danced.”

Hudson gave a surprise of her own last summer when she did a guest spot on “Glee” and ended up winning over the stars of the show as well as the fans.

“I’m so obsessed with her,” Lea Michele said. “She’s one of the greatest comedic actresses right now and I just think she’s so great.”

  • 4 Stabbed At Church In Bizarre Choir Attack

4 people were stabbed during a choir performance at a New Mexico church on Sunday, and authorities say they’re not sure what the motive was yet.

24-year old Lawrence Capener jumped over rows of pews at the end of service at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church in order to get to members of the choir, then stabbed four people, who were all taken to the hospital but are expected to live. A witness said he was looking right at the lead soloist when he was running towards them.

“I just remember seeing him hurdle over the pews, hurdle over people and run (toward) us and I thought, ‘Oh my God, this is not good,“’ Baca King said.

Members of the church were able to tackle Capener and subdue him until police arrived, but not before he terrorized the entire parish. Witnesses described a scene of chaos and shock as church-goers screamed and ran from the attacker.

“This is the first time in my 30 years serving as archbishop in the Archdiocese of Santa Fe and as Bishop of Lubbock, that anything like this has occurred,” Sheehan said. “I pray for all who have been harmed, their families, the parishioners and that nothing like this will ever happen again,” Archbishop Michael Sheehan said.

Authorities have not released whether or not Capener was an active member of the church or whether he was close with any of the people he injured.

  • Tim Tebow Released From Jets, Sanchez Still In

Tim Tebow has officially been released from the New York Jets this morning after a strained year with a team that barely saw him on the field.

Tebow was snatched up by New York in a fourth-round draft pick after he helped take the Denver Broncos to a playoff win in 2011, and has been a hot topic of conversation in the sports world ever since for his absence on the field. Because the team already had vet Mark Sanchez, coaches seemed unsure of exactly what to do with Tebow. Rumors flew earlier this year that they were either going to hold onto him in hopes of a trade or simply find another position for him, but as draft week closed out it became clear that something drastic needed to happen.

“I think his career is over without playing another position,” one NFL GM reportedly said of Tebow earlier this year.

So he’s out and Sanchez, who struggled last season, is still in. Whether it was an error on the part of team leaders or simply that Tebow didn’t play up to par is a matter of opinion, but Coach Rex Ryan issued a statement saying he wishes the young player all the best.

“We have a great deal of respect for Tim Tebow,” he said. “Unfortunately, things did not work out the way we all had hoped. Tim is an extremely hard worker, evident by the shape he came back in this offseason. We wish him the best moving forward.”

  • 9-Year Old Killed By Intruder While Home Alone

A 9-year old girl was found stabbed to death in her home in Calavaras County, California on Saturday, and while police have leads as to who the suspect might be, they don’t have anyone in custody at this time.

Leila Fowler is believed to have been killed by an intruder while her parents were out, although investigators have questioned her brother, who found her severely injured. She died sometime later of her injuries. He is not considered a suspect at this time, however. Tips and descriptions of at least three different people who might have been the intruder have come into the police station, but no details have been released to the public.

“We don’t want to lead anybody in the wrong direction,” Sheriff Captain Jim Macedo said.

Unfortunately, because the family lived in a somewhat rural area, there are few witnesses. Police have set up a tip line and are encouraging anyone with news of anything out of the ordinary on that night to call in. The number is (209) 754-6030.

“Investigators would like any information relating to subjects who may have unexplained injuries or who have left town unexpectedly after the crime was reported,” officials said in a statement.

The suspect, according to a police bulletin, is believed to be a white or Hispanic male, about six feet tall with a muscular build. He was wearing a black long-sleeved shirt and blue pants. He is considered to be armed and dangerous.

  • N.J. Girls’ Murder Video Surfaces, Charges Possible

Two New Jersey girls are in serious trouble after a 20-minute video surfaced online of them talking about several teachers and classmates they wanted to kill.

The 12-year old girls can be heard talking about being assassins and threatening several people after one of them read a note aloud at school that contained a “hit list” of sorts. Though they’re laughing most of the time in the video, it’s a haunting depiction of youth to the parents of those who were named.

“My daughter, she woke up about four times last night, to lock the doors. She woke up with nightmares,” said parent Angelica Marrero.

The video has been taken down off YouTube and the girls have been pulled from school as police perform an investigation, but they say they don’t believe there was ever any real threat to students or faculty. However, charges might be brought against them, and most parents believe that would be a good thing.

  • Rick Camp Dies: Braves Pitcher Was 60 Years Old

Rick Camp, who pitched for the Atlanta Braves from 1976-1985, has died of natural causes. He was 60 years old.

A small-town hero from Trion, Georgia, Camp excelled at sports in school and had the support of the entire community when he went on to play for the major leagues in ’76.

“He was our one guy, the local boy who made it big,” said Greg Baker, a former Trion resident. “He was our T-ball coach, the volunteer PE teacher; everybody’s cousin, hometown hero. Every kid in Trion would fight to wear his number 37. We followed every move he made with the Braves — the highs and lows both on, and later, off the field.”

Camp was mostly a low-key player for the Braves, but he had a shining moment when he was called in to pinch-hit during the 18th inning of a game against the Mets. There, he hit the only home run of his career and tied up the game. And despite not being a big name in sports, he is greatly missed and fondly remembered today by those who knew him, on and off the field.

  • Player Dies: Snake Bite Kills From Field Hockey Pitch

An Australian field hockey player was bitten by a snake while attempting to get it off the pitch and died hours later, officials say.

A series of unfortunate circumstances led to the death of 26-year old Karl Berry on Tuesday; thinking the snake was non-venomous, he picked it up without hesitation and threw it into the bushes, suffering a bite in the process. Deciding not to seek medical attention, Berry then went on a run for training. Tragically, running only caused the venom to circulate through his blood stream faster than usual, and he collapsed. When paramedics arrived, however, Berry didn’t mention the snake bite for several minutes. Those minutes could have been the thin line between life and death.

“When the paramedics looked at his hand they saw the bite mark on his finger. The bite was more consistent with a bite from a poisonous species,” said St. John Ambulance Operations Manager Craig Garraway.

In fact, it was a Western Brown, considered to be one of Australia’s most dangerous snakes.

Berry reportedly picked up the snake because it was edging close to a group of children who were playing near the field.

  • Paltrow Humiliated By See-Through Dress

Gwyneth Paltrow may have been voted the World’s Most Beautiful Woman by People Magazine recently, but she certainly felt less than perfect at a red-carpet event on Wednesday.

The 40-year old actress appeared on Ellen today to talk about a wardrobe mishap at the premiere of “Iron Man 3″, when she was rushed to get dressed between events and didn’t realize she was rockin’ some extra hair…down there.

“I don’t think I can tell this story on TV. Well, let’s just say everyone went scrambling for a razor and so I went from being the most beautiful to the most humiliated in one day,” she said.

Apparently the dress left little to the imagination and required Paltrow to skip the undies; maybe next time she has a big premiere to attend, she’ll schedule a wax first?

  • Bynes Shaves Half Head: It’s “The New Me”

Amanda Bynes captured a lot of headlines last year with her arrests and various antics around Hollywood, including allegedly locking herself in store bathrooms, walking around a tanning salon nude, and driving around town performing hit-and-runs in her trashed car.

But she’s moved to New York to focus on a fashion career, and recently posted pictures on Twitter of a new look that may start a whole new chapter for her. Whether it’s a good chapter or not remains to be seen.

The 27-year old actress (former actress?) says her new haircut–which is partially shaved–is the new her, and showed it off on Twitter.

Could this be the beginning of a new leaf for Bynes? Only time will tell.

  • George Jones Dies: Country Legend Was 81

George Jones, whose music has been so important to country artists for decades, has died after an illness. He was 81.

Jones had been briefly hospitalized during his most recent tour–which was to be his last–for an undisclosed illness. His cause of death has yet to be released.

Jones was introduced to a love of music as a child and began playing guitar at the tender age of nine years old. His early life would take him to many different places–he was married, divorced, and enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps before he was 20–but he always came back to music. He would go on to have over 150 hit songs during the course of his career and has been called the greatest living country singer of the past 20 years.

Known as much for his love life as he was for the music that lived in him, Jones was married four times and often chronicled his relationships in the songs he wrote. He also battled alcoholism for years and gained a reputation for being unreliable when it came to showing up for gigs. But his wild ways only endeared his fans to him, and his music would be revered, imitated, and loved without bounds by millions of fans.

Sadly, the 2013 tour was to be his last, as Jones announced he wanted to retire and spend time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Nancy, and four children.

  • Danica Patrick Divorce Finalized After 5 Months

Danica Patrick’s divorce from Paul Hospenthal is now finalized, after the couple mutually agreed to dissolve the relationship late last year. The petition was filed in January.

Patrick announced the divorce last year on Facebook, writing, “I am sad to inform my fans that after 7 years, Paul and I have decided to amicably end our marriage. This isn’t easy for either of us, but mutually it has come to this. He has been an important person and friend in my life and that’s how we will remain moving forward.”

Patrick is now in a relationship with fellow NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and became the first woman to win the Sprint Cup Pole in February.

“I feel like I’ve just reached a point where I’ve stopped overthinking things and stopped trying to be scared of what might happen on the other side,” she said. “You’re just living your life, and that’s that.”
