The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reparatory surgery underwent by Joe Gibbs Racing driver Denny Hamlin yesterday went well, and the Martinsville winner is expected to make it into the Phoenix race, according to a press release issued by Joe Gibbs.
"Denny had his surgery this morning and everything went well," said J.D. Gibbs, president of Joe Gibbs Racing.
