  • Electric Vehicles Test Program to Debut in Germany

    A new electric vehicles test program will debut in Germany: the E-mobility in commuter traffic project will be implemented in the Rhine-Ruhr region.

    The development aims to offer full electric mobility for the everyday commuter traffic along the A40 motorway and is focused on the towns of Mulheim, Essen and Dortmund.   • Freightliner Presents All-Electric Chassis

    Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation (FCCC) has announced the introduction of its plug-in all-electric walk-in van (WIV) chassis. The new domestically engineered chassis model is the first all electric chassis in the North American industry. It includes HVAC system.

    The new all-electric chassis has been developed in collaboration with Enova Systems, which has a vast experience in developing and producing electric and hybrid systems for commercial vehicles.

  • 2011 Nissan GT-R US Pricing Released

    Japanese carmaker Nissan announced the tweaked version of the GT-R is already available at Nissan dealerships across the United States. The 2011 Nissan GT-R, entering its third year of availability in the North American market, has an MSRP of $84,060.

    The upgrades brought to the new model year includes a fresh list of new features and simplified model lineup.

    By removing the previous GT-R base model, Nissan offers the GT-R Premium as the only available 2011 model.

  • Porsche Carrera Cup GB Runs Full Grid in 2010

    We are more than happy to offer you a piece of news that defies the global financial crisis: the Porsche Carrera Cup Great Britain will have a full capacity for the 2010 season, as the entries of 28 cars have been confirmed.

    The National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) Work Truck Show has brought to the public Navistar’s International TerraStar Class 4/5 commercial truck.   • Nissan March Production Starts in Thailand

    Nissan Motor Thailand (NMT) has just officially announced that production on the new Nissan March in under way. The event was celebrated with more than 200 guests and employees, including representatives from the Thai government and Trirong Suwanakiri, deputy prime minister.

  • Rizla Suzuki Shows New Livery for 2010

    Rizla Suzuki finally unveiled their bike livery for the upcoming 2010 season of the MotoGP. As they have already debuted the GSV-R in testing this winter, the team now presented a slightly revised livery ahead of the Qatar outing next week.

    It’s official, all-electric vehicles are spreading everywhere. Just recently Mitsubishi Motors Australia Limited (MMAL) has announced that it received two full-production i-MiEV electric vehicles.
