  • Daimler Sells Bus Fleet to Italy

    Fleet sales are extremely important whether we talk about cars, trucks or buses, especially in times of recession. As selling has became more and more difficult, Daimler Buses has just announced an important contract which states that the automaker will deliver a total of 239 buses to Sardinia by the end of July 2010.

  • UK Citizens Apply Road Ethics To Family and Friends

    An UK online survey shows that 73 percent of the British citizens would report elderly relatives or friends to the authorities if they showed signs of driving incapacity.
    The study was conducted by Britain’s Institute of Advanced Motorists and questioned 1,628 individuals, both members and non-members of the organization.

  • Audi Continues to Grow in Australia

    Aussies have just received another premium car dealership, as the Audi Centre Newcastle will be officially opened today. Audi Australia’s managing director, Mr Uwe Hagen, along with owner and dealer principal, Mr Wayne Sanders will take part at the opening ceremony.

  • VATH V58 Based on SLK 55 AMG Presented

    The Mercedes SLK 55 AMG is a very fast car but its specs show that it can’t quite be placed at the top of the German Powerwars fighters. Luckily, VATH  has taken the car, given it a throughout transformation and rebranded it as a VATH V58.

  • Honda Builds Second Motorcycle Plant in India

    Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) revealed plans to build a second motorcycle production plant to meet the company’s annual 20 percent increase in demand on the local market. HMSI will therefore acquire approximately 240,000 square meters of land within the Tapukara Industrial Area, Rajasthan.

    The new plant will be approximately 90 km from Delhi and it is scheduled to become operational in the latter half of 2011 with annual production capacity of 600,000 units.
