According to In Touch Weekly, the TV star has been cheating on his crack-addicted wife, Brooke Mueller, with lingerie model Angelina Tracy for the past several months. Pals say while Charlie and Brooke have both been in treatment to rid themselves of the drug demons threatening to destroy their marriage, Charlie has been secretly forking over fistfuls of cash to the paid escort, who charges $3,000 an hour under the professional name “Nina.”

The tabloid writes: “Charlie has been spotted wearing a hooded sweatshirt, dark sunglasses and a fake Magnum P.I.-style mustache while sneaking into and out of Angelina’s Studio City home. On April 7, Charlie was seen entering Angelina’s apartment, staying for an hour and leaving around 3 p.m., wearing the bizarre getup. ‘He ran down to his car,’ says an onlooker. ‘It seemed like he wanted to leave as quickly as possible.’”

Lourdes Leon, 13, will reportedly enroll at New York’s LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts next fall, The New York Daily News said Wednesday. The 51-year-old Material Mom recently confessed that Mini-Madge who already takes acting classes in Manhattan, was recently admitted to a “performing arts high school” and would major in drama.

The singer’s publicist, Liz Rosenberg, would only confirm that Lourdes is likely to attend a school somewhere in the five boroughs.

“They live here now. Madonna didn’t tell me, and I know she’s not going to tell.”

LaGuardia inspired the 1980 cinema gem Fame, which spawned an ’80s sitcom, which was also set at LaGuardia. Several students at the popular city school told the Daily News that they heard they might soon be in class with the daughter of a pop legend.

Students said she had been given a private audition – and therefore shielded from the pressure of a public one, sparking concerns about preferential treatment.

“A lot of kids are talking about how she had an advantage,” Brittany Evans, 14, a freshman drama major, said. “LaGuardia is a great school. It really is, but I think that sometimes it wants to be more of a Fame school.”

An attorney for Octomom Nadya Suleman told The Associated Press Wednesday that the controversial Octuplets Mom will appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show next week to discuss how she is raising her 14 children.

The boisterous cast of Jersey Shore has been turned away from almost hotspot in South Beach Miami. While the cast’s well-earned reputation for drinking, brawling, and fist-pumping has been cited as the main factor in Miami’s unofficial ban against The Shore, according to Page2Live.com, a bizarre release form that gives the Jersey Shore cast complete power over the businesses they frequent is the real reason South Florida clubs and restaurants are showing the guidos the door.

It’s the contract MTV producers want businesses to sign that is turning them off in droves, says the site. The legally-binding document, which protects the network against lawsuits, warns business owners to prepare for “public ridicule, humiliation or condemnation” once the cast shows up for shooting.

“Your actions and the actions of others displayed in the Project may be disparaging, embarrassing or of an otherwise unfavorable nature and may expose you, your business, your friends, your co-workers and/or your family to public ridicule, humiliation or condemnation,” the contract reads, reports Page2Live. “We can do what we want and you agree not to sue us,” it continues. “For dramatic purposes, (producers) may make certain misrepresentations to you and others. The Project may lead to emotional strains and pressures on you, your business, your friends, your co-workers and family…”

What does all that legal mumbo jumbo mean? In layman’s terms, the Jersey Shore cast can do whatever they want at your establishment — including but not limited to berating customers, cursing you out, tearing up furniture, standing on DJ turntables, and attacking animals and small children — and there’s not a thing you can do about it.

“Basically, the contract gives them the right to do whatever they want, including breaking things, trashing the place, and there’s nothing we could do. That’s too much of a risk,” says a rep for Rapids in Riviera Beach.

Clubs on South Beach quickly turned down the contract immediately, and MTV recently announced that the second half of Jersey Shore Season 2 will be filmed in Seaside Heights, New Jersey, where the group shared a beachfront home during the show’s record-breaking first season.

The second season of Jersey Shore premieres in July.

Houston, we have a problem: Whitney Houston’s first concert in Britain in more than a decade has received mixed reviews with some fans describing it as “horrendous,” The BBC reports.

The 46-year-old singer kicked off the European leg of her tour in Birmingham, playing to a sold-out crowd after battling an upper respiratory infection for the past two weeks. Houston was forced to postpone a concert in Paris and her first three gigs in the UK while she recovered, but a number of fans were left confused and $200 poorer after Houston croaked her way through her signature ballads, often failing to hit the right notes during last night’s show.

According to Yahoo.com’s “Snap, Crackle, Pop” Column, the diva was booed by fans on a number of occasions during a set that has been described as “shambolic.” And don’t get us started on her shaky rendition of “I Will Always Love You.” Many fans turned to the Internet to voice their displeasure with Houston’s show:

Some European critics were also unimpressed by her performance with many claiming that her once amazing voice no longer sounds as good as it used to. Take The Sun, for instance:

“Time and crack addiction – which she claims to have beaten – have not been kind to her once astonishing voice. It is now deeper and huskier. Houston, we still have a problem.”

Yet despite complaints from disgruntled fans, some reviewers have been kinder.

“A long way away from the fresh, glowing talent seen at her peak, the voice was still there although “the stamina was not,” The Birmingham Post said.

David Sinclair from The Times remaked that Whit’s “armor-plated vibrato was still in evidence” but noted that “she is now, understandably, finding it hard to match up to her own standards let alone those of the next generation.”

The Austrailian leg of Whitney’s “Nothing But Love World Tour” also came under attack, with fans there claiming she struggled to sing properly and looked exhausted and breathless when she performed Down Under in February.

Celebrity photog Ellen von Unwerth snapped Fiona, Donkey, Puss in Boots and the rest of the inhabitants of Far Far Away on location at The Standard New York for the upcoming summer issue of VMAN Magazine.

This year’s V Model/Ford Models search winner Emma Dumont is featured scantily-clad and snuggled up Shrek characters in the bizarre shoot. The green ogre and his castmates will be featured in the summer edition of VMAN. The 144-page glossy magazine goes on sale April 20, a day before the third installment of the hugely-successful franchise — Shrek Forever After – premieres at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City.

However, DreamWorks is now concerned that the images — which featured Fiona lounging with bare-chested male models and Puss being fed grapes by a well-sculpted hunk — may be too racy for the family-friendly characters.

What do you expect when Nicola Formichetti, best known as Lady Gaga’s stylist, was largely responsible for creating the theme?

“While we do respect VMAN’s creative vision, the shoot did not turn out the way originally envisioned when the idea was first presented by the magazine,” a Paramount spokesperson said Tuesday. “In hindsight, we would have declined to include the Shrek characters in such a magazine spread.”

According to The Hollywood Reporter, DreamWorks Animation was expecting a less provocative shoot because VMAN editors promised that the spread would be similar in nature to the one Harper’s Bazaar put together of the characters from TV’s The Simpsons in 2008.

The Reporter writes: “VMAN initially offered its cover to Shrek, but Paramount declined that treatment. When the magazine’s editors came back suggesting an inside spread, Paramount executives — with visions of a successful “Simpsons”-like marketing ploy dancing in their collective heads — gave VMAN the OK.”
