Tommy Kafafian claims that he has yet to receive one red cent for his work with the Grammy winner, who he worked with nearly four years ago. The musician penned “Disco Heaven,” a bonus track on her Grammy-winning debut album, The Fame. Kafafian, who claims to have helped Gaga hone her signature dance sound, said he plans to focus on writing his own songs, rather than taking legal action to make the star pay up.

“I don’t wanna sue anybody. It’s really not my style,” Kafafian told The Newark Star-Ledger Monday. “I’m just gonna keep moving forward until Lady Gaga can’t walk down the street without seeing my face or hearing my music,” he added.

“We had problems during our marriage because of her obsession with Jesse James. I once walked into the salon that she owned and she had our wedding photo up there on her mirror and there was a cut out picture of Jesse James’ face over my face. According to Michelle, [Sandra and Jesse] had this big thing going on where they were going to announce their divorce on a certain timeline and she was going to be the next woman. Michelle would tell me, ‘You don’t know what’s going on. [Sandra] is in another country. They are not even together. They live in separate places. She doesn’t help out with the kids. • Mike Tyson Reality Show Under Investigation Following PETA’s Illegal Gambling Complaints

Animal activists at People For The Ethical Treatment are speaking out — again — against an upcoming television show featuring heavyweight boxing champ Mike Tyson and his team of racing pigeons.

After publicly voicing its displeasure with Tyson’s new pigeon-racing Animal Planet reality show earlier this month, on March 18, PETA sent a letter to prosecutors in New York City requesting that authorities launch a formal investigation into Taking On Tyson, which is currently filming in Brooklyn.

Last week, the network announced that Tyson — a lifelong pigeon-lover — had signed up to host a series that will test which of a group of hundreds of pigeons that he’s spent years raising can fly the fastest. PETA claims Iron Mike may be lodging bets on a few of his birds.

The animal rights organization hopes prosecutors will keep their eyes open for illegal activity “in connection with pigeon racing…it is likely that extensive wagering will take place on the outcome of these races, as it customary in the industry.”

Patricia Kollappallil, a spokesperson for Animal Planet, has spoken out against allegations of cruelty and illegal gambling: “There have never been any plans for wagering on the pigeon race. The birds will be cherished and respected by their owners, including Mr. Tyson.”

Taking On Tyson will premiere in 2011.

  • “Fire Nancy Pelosi” Petition Gains Online Momentum

The Republicans have vowed to take down Nancy Pelosi. President Obama’s landmark health care reform legislation has come with some unforeseen repercussions for the House Speaker. The GOP’s Official website has been replaced by firenancypelosi.com. Conservatives have implemented a self-imposed 40-hour countdown to raise $402,010 to help them oust the Congresswoman from California.

Visitors to the Republican National Committee website on Monday were automatically redirected to FireNancyPelosi.com.

“40 Seats Means No More Madam Speaker,” a headline read.

The site, which features the Pelosi in front of rolling flames with her fists raised, presses donors to help Republicans capture 40 seats in the House of Representatives — a move that will help the conservatives boot Democrats from majority. The committee is also urging its Twitter supporters to use the hashtag #FirePelosi.

  • Village People Cop Threatens To Sue FOX Over “Cleveland Show” Parody

Former Village People star Victor Willis — perhaps best remembered simply as “The Cop” — is threatening to sue FOX executives over suggestions he provided the voiceover for an episode of The Cleveland Show that poked fun at his former band.

The episode, titled “Buried Pleasure,” aired Feb. 14 and featured the animated Village People cop parading around in a pair of booty shorts. The “YMCA” singer insists a press release about the airing falsely claimed he was involved in the show.

“Victor was offended by the episode and says he would never have agreed to do a voiceover for such an offensive portrayal of the Village People police character originally created by him,” Willis’ spokeswoman Linda Smith fumed to WENN on Monday.

“Victor is appalled by the show’s portrayal. He never wore shorts as the original Village People lead singer and cop. So how does Fox justify such an outright false portrayal, while publishing to the world that Victor Willis did the voiceover – and now it’s all over the internet, clearly suggesting to the public that the cop character portrayed in the show is Victor Willis,” Smith added with a huff. “He does not endorse the show or its portrayal. Moreover, he did not do that insulting and effeminate Cleveland Show voiceover.”

In the letter, the lawyers demand that Pipedream.com stop selling the products, recall all items that have already been distributed, and destroy all stock “in a manner and at a time as directed by Tiger Woods.”

Poor Tiger – just last Thursday, one of the champ’s alleged mistresses published over 100 sexts she claims he sent her during their tryst.

  • Michelle McGee Pokes Fun In Jesse James Sandra Bullock Spoof

Sounds like Michelle McGee has little remorse for her role in the possible destruction of Sandra Bullocks marriage to custom bike builder Jesse James: in fact, Bombshell is reportedly making fun of the tattered marriage.

RadarOnline tattles say the tattoo model — raven-haired and covered forehead to toe in body art — filmed a spoof making fun of her alleged lover and his jilted wife. Michelle plays herself and a friend sits in as Sandra.

“Michelle is so enamored with her own fame,” says a source. “She just thought the video was funny.”
