Amanda Seyfried is taking a break from Dominic Cooper.

The actress has been dating her Mamma Mia! co-star since the pair met on the set of the movie musical in 2008, but Amanda has reportedly decided to call time on her love affair with the handsome Brit while they figure out where their relationship is going. In an interview last month, Amanda admitted that she wasn’t sure if the 31-year-old hunk was the all too elusive “One.”

“Amanda and Dominic have been on and off for a while – and right now they’re taking a break. But they’re great friends and could still get back together,” a source told PEOPLE.com.

The mag also reported that Dominic was seen spending time with Amanda’s Mean Girls co-star, Lindsay Lohan, during the Cannes Film Festival this week — he was even caught with his arm around LiLo’s waist!

Lindsay “The Dog Ate My Passport” Lohan won’t be back to Los Angeles in time for her mandatory court date today because travel troubles have left her stranded Cannes. The star’s passport was allegedly stolen/lost (Depending on who’s telling the story…)during the famed film festival, but if she misses the hearing, the judge has threatened to issue a bench warrant for her arrest.

The threat has infuriated Lindsay, who is convinced that Judge Marsha Revel has it in for her, gabs a chatty pal of the trouble-attracting star.

“Lindsay thinks that judge is so mean. Lindsay wants a new judge that isn’t as bossy and strict. I mean, who the hell does that judge think she is demanding people to show up at 8:30 in the morning? It’s not like Lindsay isn’t busy. She’s an international movie star.”

LiLo is doing her best to rectify the passport debacle and has an appointment set up with the American embassy to replace the document.

Valerie Bertinelli is engaged! The former One Day at a Time star, now 50, and her boyfriend of nearly six years — Tom Vitale — will be married in a ceremony set for later this year.

“After Ed (ex-husband Eddie Van Halen) and I separated, I thought, ‘I’ll finish raising my son, and I’ll go away, have about 40 cats, and just get nice and fat.’ I thought I would be alone for the rest of my life, because I didn’t want the responsibility. Relationships are too hard.”

“We’d talked about getting married,” Bertinelli tells the July/August issue of AARP The Magazine. “But I was still shocked. It was sweet when he asked me, because he was so scared. I was like, ‘Are you kidding me?’”

The slimmed-down Jenny Craig spokesmodel is letting Tom plan the nuptials, which are set for this fall.

“He already knows the different kinds of bells he wants to go off during the ceremony,” she says.

The Jonas Brothers have invited David and Victoria Beckham’s three sons to appear in their new video, The Sun said Wednesday.

Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz Beckham met the pop stars at a concert in Los Angeles last weekend, after the boys watched their live show from a balcony with parents David and Victoria. The Jonases took such a liking to their fellow bro trio that they offered the kids a cameo in their next vid.

Miley Cyrus’ children’s jewelry line has been yanked from the shelves of Wal-Mart stores across the United States after an report revealed the accessories contained high levels of a toxic metal.

Jewelry from two Cyrus-branded lines being sold exclusively at the discount retailer — including bracelets and necklaces — contain high levels of the toxic metal cadmium, an Associated Press investigation has found. While the pieces are safe to wear, the report notes that if they are “sucked, bitten or swallowed” the cadmium could prove fatal.

As a result of study, Wal-Mart executives have decided to halt sales of the jewelry “while we investigate its compliance with our children’s jewelry standard.”

Megan Fox expects us to believe that she voluntarily walked away from her leading role in the blockbuster action-flick franchise Transformers.

Uh-huh…And I’m Betty White.

Megan, who solidified her status as a modern day sex symbol playing Shia LaBeouf’s sultry love interest in the first two Transformers movies, has been dropped from the third, Paramount Studio chiefs said Wednesday. Fox, however, denies that she was dropped at all. The star’s pokesperson has moved swiftly to dismiss rumors the actress was fired – insisting it was the star’s decision to leave the franchise.

“Megan Fox will not be starring in Transformers 3. It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best.”

Megan, who is notorious for making headline-grabbing comments to the media, engaged in a public spat with Transformers director Michael Bay last summer. Bay later defended the star and said he looked forward to working with her on part three.

According to sources familiar with the production, Bay reportedly wanted to take the story in a different direction and wanted a new actress to play Shia LaBeouf’s love interest.

Fox played the role of Mikaela Banes in the first Transformers film released in 2007 and reprised her role in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, released last June.

Crystal Bowersox and Lee DeWyze will battle each other for the 2010 American Idol title on next week’s Season 9 finale after guitarist Casey James was voted off by viewers on Wednesday.

For months, Bowersox — a 24-year-old dreadlocked single mom from Ohio — had for months seemed certain to win the current season of the TV singing show. However, DeWyze, 23, who worked as a paintshop clerk in Chicago before auditioning for the show last year, has gained steadily in favor with Idol viewers in recent weeks.

Biking two-timer Jesse James will sit down for his first interview since splitting with soon-to-be ex-wife Sandra Bullock in a chat with Nightline, ABC News announced on Wednesday.

In March, James’ world came crashing down after his longtime mistress, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee, sold the story of their affair to In Touch Weekly for $30,000. The article set off a firestorm of controversy for the husband of the Oscar-winning actress, who was later romantically-linked to at least four other women during his five year marriage to Sandra.

After weeks of dodging the chorus of Americans screaming “Who would cheat on Sandra Bullock?,” the former reality TV star/suspected Nazi will finally give some insight into what happened in his marriage to America’s Sweetheart in a gut-wrenching discussion with ABC’s Vicki Mabrey. James is also expected to share the reason why he went to rehab and what role he’ll have in the life of Bullock’s infant son, Louis.

The interview will air Tuesday, May 25 at 11:35 PM.

Bombshell Gets The Kiss-Off: Sex symbol Megan Fox has been dropped from the cast of Transformers 3, Hollywood tattle Nikki Finke of Deadline.com has learned.

Megan, who played star the love interest of Shia LaBeouf’s Samuel James Witwicky in the first two films in the blockbuster franchise, will not return to the series when the third movie opens in 2011, a rep for Paramount Studios confimed to CNN.com’s Marquee Blog on Wednesday.

The “official” word is that Fox has been dumped because T3’s storyline marks the beginning of a new chapter for Samuel and it would be better if the character were not tied down to a girlfriend — even one who looks like Mikaela Banes However, as we celeb-gawkers know, Megan has a long history of tense relations with director Michael and much of the rest of the Transformers cast and crew.

After tabloid rumors surfaced claiming that Megan would be killed off in the forthcoming Transformers feature, the beauty angrily compared her director to “Hitler” and “Napoleon” in an interview with Britain’s Wonderland Magazine’s September/October 2009 issue.

“He’s like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation,” Megan said at the time. “He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he’s a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he’s not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he’s so awkward, so hopelessly awkward.”

Shortly thereafter, members of the film’s crew posted an open letter on the director’s site, condemning the actress for her behavior on set and viciously branding Megan, “the grump of the set,” “thankless, classless, graceless,” “unfriendly,” along with a host of other unflattering adjectives.

Shia LaBeouf’s character is expected to move in a new direction with a new love interest for Transformers 3.

On Wednesday, the world’s leading auction site pulled the plug on an auction promoting the sale of used underwear that allegedly once belonged to late Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith. Several articles of lacy lingerie — including “worn” garters, belts and panties — were put on sale this week by Jackie Hatten, the sister of Smith’s former boyfriend Mark Hatten.

The sale was later scrapped by eBay, who adheres to strict rules regarding hygiene and used clothing.

“eBay policy strictly prohibits listing used underwear,” a company spokesperson told TMZ Wednesday. “Used clothing may be listed on eBay as long as it has been cleaned and the listing clearly states that the clothing is used.”

Just when it looked like the trainwreck that is Lindsay Lohan was getting back on track, the noodle-noggin actress went and misplaced her passport, putting the starlet in mayjah danger of missing a mandatory court appearance set for this Thursday.

Lindsay has spent the week partying at the Cannes Film Festival while promoting her starring role in the upcoming biopic Inferno. Sometime between Sunday and Tuesday, the star lost the one thing essential for legally fleeing any country: her passport. She has a meeting scheduled with the US Embassy in hopes of clearing up her passport troubles — but there’s no way she’ll be back in Los Angeles in time for her court date. The judge has already made it clear that if the star isn’t in court at exactly 8:30 AM tomorrow morning for a progress report on her DUI-related probation, a bench warrant will be issued for her arrest.

It’s really a shame. The hard-partying redhead actually be faring quite well in her court-ordered alcohol education classess, despite reports to the contrary. She’s never shown up drunk or treated her classmates or instructors with disrespect, and is maintaining a positive attitude about staying sober, according to a three-page progress report released by the Los Angeles court system on Tuesday.

Shawn Chapman Holley, LiLo’s attorney, tells TMZ.com the star is “distraught” over her latest legal woes: “I was on the phone with Lindsay’s assistant the entire night and we’re doing everything we can to resolve this issue and get her back to LA. Lindsay is distraught because it was her intention to get back to LA today to do more alcohol education classes today and appear in court tomorrow.”
