“I think it was inspired by that whole situation. At the end of the day, I think anyone who has been thorough some s**t can relate to (the music). It could have been about my girlfriends before, but I’m (going to) keep it real with you, it was definitely about Katy Perry. I definitely felt a certain way about the whole situation. Having a year and a half to reflect on it, you start questioning everything,” Travis confides in a new interview with Complex.com.
McCoy says he’s no longer in touch with Katy, but he couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow at her rebound love affair with the British comic.
“The timelines… she got engaged so quickly after. I was like, ‘Really?’ I had to sit back and reassess what was really going on. After you have some time to start thinking about it, you start putting things together. It’s been a year and a half. I’m over it,” Travis reflects.
“I’m sure she knows. The mixtape is not airing out any dirty laundry. If anything, it’s me poking fun at myself. If you’ve seen Forgetting Sarah Marshall, that’s my life. I’m that dude.”

Word on the Curb has it that Jonathan Rhys Meyers used a racial slur against an airline employee during that drunken tirade that got him banned from United Airlines last weekend.
The star of the Showtime series The Tudors reportedly used the “N” word when he was reprimanded for drunk and disorderly conduct at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York City early Saturday.
An airline employee has confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the 32-year-old star used the word “n****r” when he was told he couldn’t board the morning flight to Los Angeles. Other airline workers claim the actor was “pounding drinks” in the first class lounge and was becoming increasingly drunk and rowdy — even though it was only 7 AM. He then tried to board his flight but was refused entry due to his “out of control behavior.”
Officials were unable to elaborate any further on the report because of passenger privacy laws, but it is believed that Meyer has received a lifetime ban from traveling with United Airlines following the alcohol-soaked outburst.

The singer/actress made a vow to Nolan Narddechia when they were in kindergarten to be his prom date, and even though she has found fame since they both grew up, Lovato kept her word and went with Narddechia to his prom in Dallas, Texas, on Saturday night.

Two dogs belonging to stars John Travolta and Kelly Preston were run over and killed on the runway of Bangor International Airport in Maine after the family’s private jet landed there last Thursday.
A service vehicle at the airport struck and killed The Travoltas’ dogs as the pets were being walked, according to airport officials. The city issued the statement after The Bangor Daily News newspaper confirmed the accident through an e-mail from the city manager to the City Council.
The airport’s interim manager Bob Farrar and airport director Rebecca Hupp released the following statement concerning the incident.
“At approximately 1am on Thursday, May 13, 2010 an airplane carrying members of the John Travolta family landed at BIA. While there, two small dogs were taken for a walk by someone who is not a family member. An airport service pickup truck was approaching the airplane to service the airplane and did not see the dogs. Unfortunately, the dogs were struck and killed.”
How incredibly sad! Especially when you consider that its only been a year since The Travoltas lost their beloved son Jett.
Academy Award-nominated actress Amy Adams and her fiance Darren Legallo welcomed a baby girl, Aviana Olea Legallo, in Los Angeles on Saturday May 15, PEOPLE Magazine has confirmed.
“Mom and baby are home and going great. Everyone’s healthy and happy,” Adams’s rep tells the celebrity weekly.
Adams, 35, and Legallo have been engaged since July 2008. The Julie & Julia actress announced her pregnancy in December. Aviana is the first child for both.

The Dominican-American/Puerto Rican actress — whose credits include Star Trek, The Losers, and Death at a Funeral — would play a young Colombian woman who, after witnessing her parents’ murder as a child in Bogota, grows up to be a stone-cold assassin. She works for her uncle as a hitman by day, but her personal time is spent engaging in vigilante murders she hopes will lead her to the mobster responsible for murdering her parents.

Due in stores this August, Fame: Taylor Lautner is a 32-page comic that details Taylor’s rise from child stardom in the comedy Sharkboy & Lavagirl to status as an official teen heartthrob after he packed on the pounds to play Jacob Black in the The Twilight Saga. He studied martial arts and packed on 30 pounds of muscle for his role as the lovelorn werewolf.
“The Twilight series has become a pop culture phenomenon,” Darren Davis, president and founder of Bluewater Productions, said Monday. “It’s transformed previously unknown actors into superstars. It seems that the same thing is happening with Taylor Lautner. We at Bluewater are happy to bring Taylor’s story to his fans, and hope that his comic helps introduce these readers to the joys of graphic storytelling.”

Four years ago, the noted film critic lost the ability to speak due to thyroid cancer — resulting in numerous surgeries that left Ebert without most of his jaw. In recent months, new software, which uses audio recordings of his previously taped voice, was used to create a synthetic voice, which is very similar to Roger’s natural voice. Using this technology, he has got back the ability to speak and converse.
Ebert, who still critiques fils for The Chicago Sun-Times, made a rare television appearance back in February, when he was a guest on The Oprah Winfrey Show. While appearing on the show, he debuted his new synthesized voice which uses computer technology.
