Uh-oh — LiLo’s in trouble for a gun-totin’ image snapped during her photoshoot with shutterbug Tyler Shields this week. Lindsay has attracted the ire of some of her fellow Twitter junkies — and much of the rest of the blogosphere — after uploading a TwitPic of herself holding a gun to her lips. The photo will appear in Shields’ new coffee table book, The Dirty Side of Glamour.

(As we speak, a press statement from Michael “Will Snitch For Food” Lohan is probably being faxed to Access Hollywood, Entertainment Tonight, E!, and anyone else who’ll still listen….)

It’s not the first time Lohan has brandished dangerous weapons in odd photos that ended up going viral: in 2007, Linds left fans scratching their heads after snaps of her and former MTV VJ Vanessa Minnillo playing with knives hit the web.

All of this comes as Lindsay continues to try to convince us that the insides of her nostrils don’t look like the slopes of an Aspen ski resort. The troubled starlet called into DJ JoJo Wright’s 102.7 KIIS-FM radio show late Wednesday night and spoke out about some of the recent claims made by her father, who believes that she is out of control and in need of an intervention.

“Aside from the father drama, which is just nuts, I’m a nice person, I work hard, I just really love entertaining people and this is what I came into this business for. Not in terms of the tabloids lying about how I’m entertaining them, but you know, I kind of let it roll off my back at this point. I’m pretty numb to it,” she explains.

Cops in the City of Angels have their eye on former WWE star Chyna: The burly bruiser is accused of attacking a female companion at a local motel last Saturday night.

Gabriela Targos alleges that the former reality star — whose real name is Joanie Laurer — assaulted her in an unprovoked attack at a motel in Sherman Oak, just outside Los Angeles, on April 24.

Chyna reportedly punched Targos in the face, beat her with a wire hanger, pulled her hair, and threatened to kill her before Gabriela managed to make a break for it, at which point she promptly contacted police.

Chyna is being investigated as part of the battery case, but no arrests have been made.

Chuy may not be the only member of the Chelsea Lately family with an X-rated skin flick hidden away in somebody’s sock drawer. On her E! chat show Wednesday night, comedienne Chelsea Handler addressed reports that a decade-old sex tape featuring her as a petite twentysomething has recently resurfaced.

Earlier this week, Radar Magazine revealed that the wisecracking Playboy centerfold was filmed “nearly a decade” ago “on all fours” having sex with an unidentified man with a heavy British accent. While Chelsea insists — however jovially — that the video was part of a comedy bit she participated in as 23-year-old funny gal new to showbuisness, Radar says the footage they saw was saucy enough to make a hooker blush.

“Chelsea, who is on all fours on a bed is naked and at several times during the filming she looks directly at the camera. Her breasts are bare and swinging during the sex act. At the end of the “performance” Chelsea’s partner speaks in a clear British accent, asking, “Did we get the (bleep) shot?” Chelsea looks into the camera and smiles at this point.”

Jenna Jameson has passed a drug test mere days after her estranged boyfriend, former UFC champion brawler Tito Ortiz, claimed she’d fabricated domestic violence charges against him after he confronted her about her alleged addiction to the powerful prescription painkiller OxyContin.

The test, administered by American Toxicology Inc. in Las Vegas the week, proved that Jenna’s urine was “negative” for 10 major illegal substances, including cocaine, marijuana, meth, and Oxy.

“I am definitely not addicted to OxyContin or any drug,” Jenna said emphatically, denying reports that she had imagined her early morning brawl with the father of her twin sons.

“The lab tests clearly exonerate Jenna Jameson of any hint, iota, or suggestion that she ingested or was under the influence of any opiates or controlled substances. Statements made by anyone to the contrary are completely impeached by results from this prestigious testing facility,” Jameson’s lawyer added.

Ortiz was collared by cops in Huntington Beach, California on Monday, after he allegedly tossed Jenna into an empty bathtub because she “said something extremely insulting to his ego” during an argument. The former adult film star’s arm was seriously injured during the rumored encounter.

“Everyone has an idea of Lindsay Lohan and last night I had the pleasure of working with her she is a huge art lover and simply wanted to create some and that is exactly what we did! This is just a taste more to come… Lindsay Will have a few crazy shots in my upcoming book The Dirty Side of Glamour,” Tyler remarked in a blurb on his blog this week.

According to a new poll conducted by TV Guide Magazine, critically-acclaimed music legend Quincy Jones has emerged as the fan favorite to replace Simon Cowell when the acid-tongued Brit departs American Idol next month.

In the poll, Jones, Adam Lambert, Jamie Foxx were listed among 10 potential candidates in the running to take their place in the soon-to-be vacant chair. Forty percent of voters chose Jones — who lent his talents to three of Michael Jackson’s solo efforts, including the world’s best-selling album Thriller — as the perfect replacement for Cowell.

Madonna just sent the cast of Glee soaring to the top of the charts.

Glee took the number one spot on the charts this week with the its popular Madge-themed compilation album, The Power of Madonna, moving almost 100K copies last week.

A controversial hate group that routinely protests at the funerals and concerts of some of Hollywood’s most noted celebrities will picket at the graduation of a rural Mississippi teenager who made national headlines when she was denied the chance to go to her school’s prom because she is a lesbian.

The Kansas-based Westboro Baptist Church announced in a statement last weekend that they will be on hand to preach “the word of God” — as they see it at least — during Constance McMillen’s high school commencement ceremony next month.

“[We] will picket the graduation of Itawamba Agricultural High School to remind the parents, teachers and students of this nation that God said ‘Thou shall not lie with mankind, as with womankind, it is abomination.’ This generation has been raised to believe that they can live for the devil and still go to heaven, that God has no standards and the biggest lie of all – that God loves everyone,” according to a press statement released by Westboro and obtained by PinkNews this week.

The Fulton, Mississippi teenager’s prom was cancelled after she asked to bring a same-sex date. McMillen fought a legal battle with Itawamba County Agricultural High School after administrators refused to allow her to attend the prom with her girlfriend. She won in court after the judge found that the school had violated her freedom of expression, but the court did not force the school to reinstate the prom.

McMillen eventually got to attend a privately held prom, but said afterward that the one she went to was actually a “fake,” while most of the rest of her classmates attended another prom — hosted by parents no less — that she was not told about.

The shy 18-year-old received national attention for her battle. She was presented with a $30,000 scholarship from Tonic.com, a digital media company, during an appearance on Ellen last month.

She’s also been invited to take part in New York City’s world-famous Gay Pride Parade in Greenwich Village this June.

Addiction specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky — the Los Angeles-based call radio show host, who in recent years has emerged as one of the most recognizable faces in reality TV — is forming a own production company to produce even more docu-series featuring the celebrity doctor and his pals.

The first project on the roster for the newly-formed Dr. Drew Productions is an unscripted pilot on which couples will decide if they want to reunite or separate, entitled Estranged With Dr. Drew, The Hollywood Reporter said Thursday.

Dr. Drew is the star of VH1’s Celebrity Rehab and Sober House. He also hosts MTV’s 16 & Pregnant, Teen Mom, and Sex … With Mom and Dad.

Late-nite funnyman and notorious staff shagger David Letterman is dipping his toes in the music industry: The Late Show host and his Worldwide Pants Inc. production company have launched a record label called Clear Entertainment Music — and they’ve already signed their first act.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Letterman has inked a deal with Runner Runner, a pop-punk group from Huntington Beach, California. Their self titled debut album, a partnership with Capitol and MRV, debuts this summer.

Their first single, titled “So Obvious,” will premiere next month.

It was a difficult world premiere for Joey Lawrenc baby daughter Liberty Grace — after the tot was delivered prematurely and spent five days in an intensive care unit battling a devastating blood disorder.

Lawrence and his wife Chandi Yawn-Nelson welcomed Liberty on March 4 after a difficult pregnancy, which saw the mom-to-be diagnosed with with Rh, a rare blood disease which can often cause babies to be stillborn.

“We had to go to the specialist every 24 hours during the last two or three weeks of the pregnancy,” Joey tells Life & Style. “We were so worried. We wanted to get Libby out so bad.”

The couple was relieved when the tot was delivered safely — weighing in at 6 pounds, 8 ounces — but they faced an anxious wait after doctors spent nearly a week assessing their daughter before she was allowed to go home. Libby’s now 100% healthy.

The couple also has a three-year-old daughter named Charli.

“They handed Libby to me first, even before they cleaned her off. I held her for a second and then they took her from me and locked her in a tube (intensive care unit),” says the proud pop. “Our family of four is perfect,” Joey says. “We’d love to try for a boy, but unfortunately we’d have to deal with the Rh stuff every time. So if it’s not in the cards, then that’s okay. We’re blessed with two healthy girls.”

The former teen star will join Sabrina The Teenage Witch actress Melissa Joan Hart in the new sitcom Melissa & Joey, premiering on ABC Family this fall.

Good news: Rocker Bret Michaels is on the slow and painful road to recovery after suffering a nearly fatal brain hemorrhage one week ago — and the former Poison frontman could be well enough to return to the stage just in time for Memorial Day Weekend.

Although the ex-hair bander resumes in critical condition in an Arizona hospital, he’s responding well to tests and treatment, and is doing much better.

“While Bret is recovering, we obviously have some shows that are being rescheduled,” read a statement from Michaels’ rep on Wednesday. “We are working to reschedule dates from now until May 21st. At this time, we are planning to resume the tour May 26th in Ft. Smith Arkansas, provided there are no further complications or setbacks.”

“We will then continue with all scheduled dates throughout the summer and fall, including the June and July tour with Lynyrd Skynyrd,” the statement continued. “Look for additional information in the days and weeks to come. For those of you with tickets for shows that are being rescheduled, your tickets will be honored on the new dates. Tickets remain on sale for the shows which are being rescheduled although the new dates have yet to be announced.”

E!’s First Lady of Late-Nite has found herself in the middle of a real-life sex scandal.

Chelsea Lately host Chelsea Handler is firing back at reports that she is featured in X-rated footage recently obtained by RadarOnline.com.

On Wednesday, Radar snoops reported that the no-holds-barred comedienne was caught on tape “nearly a decade” ago getting saucy and uncut with a sexy Brit. According to tipsters, the footage was shot shortly after a then 25-year-old Chelsea moved to Los Angeles and features Handler in the throws of passion as she tries out a mirage of blushworthy positions with an unidentified partner.

Chelsea — whose signature sass landed her a Playboy centerfold last winter — asserts that the tape in question was purely comedic and part of a long forgotten “comedy bit.”

Well, that’s a new one!

“Watch the show. It’s not a sex tape – it was done for a comedy bit years ago,” a ticked-off rep for the star fumed when flooded with questions about the suspicious tape.

In a major career coup for Mrs. Tom Cruise, stylish former Dawson’s Creek star Katie Holmes has been tipped to play the ultimate fashion icon – iconic former First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy — in the History Channel’s first original miniseries The Kennedys, the network announced on Wednesday.

The eight-hour series — while will star Greg Kinnear as President John F. Kennedy — focuses on the triumphs and tragedies of The Kennedy Clan, America’s own Camelot.

The Kennedys will premiere in 2011.

Katie most recently appeared on screen in a dance tribute to Judy Garland on the FOX talent series So You Think You Can Dance last summer.
