LiLo could soon find herself trading in those late nights out on the town for yard time and an orange jumpsuit.

If TMZ spies are to be believed, Lindsay has not fulfilled the terms of her probation agreement — which could mean jail time for the troubled actress. Lohan, who is currently on probation for 2007 drinking and drugs offenses, has been setting celeb-watchers abuzz in recent weeks with stories and pictures of her hard partying and erratic behavior. Under the terms of her court judgment, Lindsay must attend alcohol education courses once a week – but TMZ claims the star’s only shown up every 21 days.

In February, Judge Marsha Revel said “everything looks good” with Lindsay’s program, which she is required to complete by July – a deadline extended from last year.

Lohan’s due back in court on May 20.

San Diego will have stay classy without Ron Burgundy.

Anchorman 2 has been declared “Dead On Arrival” after Paramount suits axed plans for a sequel to the 2004 cult comedy Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy.

Earlier this week, director Adam McKay revealed that a follow-up to the 2004 hit, which starred Will Ferrell as a dim-witted anchor, was in the works after he convinced stars Ferrell, Christina Applegate, Paul Rudd, and Steve Carell to reduce their fee to appear in the sequel.

Despite working out an acceptable budget, Paramount has refused to greenlit the movie.

“So bummed. Paramount basically passed on Anchorman 2. Even after we cut our budget down. We tried,” a disappointed McKay Tweeted on Thursday. “To all who asked: no we can’t do Anchorman 2 at another studio. Paramount owns it,” he later added.

People (and by “people” I mean me!) are already sick of watching her on TV, and it now seems no one wants to waste valuable time reading what Kate Gosselin has to say either.

The reality Octomom’s latest book, I Just Want You to Know: Letters to My Kids on Love, Faith, and Family, is being branded a certified bomb after selling just over 10,000 copies since its release on April 13.

While that number would be nothing to wag a finger at if Kate were new to the literary world, Gosselin’s as seasoned at writing as she is packing lunches. Her first two books (Eight Little Faces & Multiple Blessings) were both New York Times Bestsellers.

So what’s the problem with her latest tome? Too much Kate, not enough eight.

One of entertainment’s most beautiful couples is kaput, according to an explosive new report from RadarOnline.com. The unlucky-in-love Halle Berry and her Canadian model beau Gabriel Aubry have broken up, the site reported on Friday.

Just last year, Halle, who was also previously married to former pro slugger David Justice, told Harper’s Bazaar that the couple’s matrimony-free relationship just “works.”

Gabriel is only asking for the home the two own in his native Canada.

On The Oprah Winfrey Show on Thursday, John Edwards’ former mistress Rielle Hunter said that she doesn’t believe she destroyed the former presidential candidate’s marriage — this despite the fact that she gave birth to the Southerner’s illegitimate child as his unassuming wife battled cancer.

“It is not my experience that a third party wrecks a home,” Hunter told The Queen of Talk as the women discussed Rielle’s two year romance with Edwards. “I believe the problems exist before a third party comes into the picture….I do not believe I wrecked his home.”

ABC Family has cancelled 10 Things I Hate About You. On Thursday, the network announced that the original comedy — which premiered to record ratings in 2009 — will end at the end of its current second season.
10 Things was based on the 1999 Shakespeare-inspired teen comedy of the same name, which starred Julia Stiles, Gabrielle Union, and the late Heath Ledger.

Brad Pitt has labeled his ex wife Jennifer Aniston “pathetic” after the screen sweetheart posed on the cover of his favorite magazine.

A peeved Pitt has been fuming to friends that Jen has absolutely no interest in architecture and used to tease him about his nerdy obsession with buildings.

“Brad thinks she is pathetic,” a source told US Weekly after Aniston appeared on the March 2010 cover of the magazine. “Brad feels this is all so desperate. It was a ploy to get his attention,” blabbed the insider.

Pitt himself appeared on the cover of Architectural Digest in January 2009 .

TIME Magazine rips Heidi Montag: “You used to be famous for being famous. Then you were famous for getting lots of plastic surgery and selling only 658 copies of your album in its first week. Now you’re not famous. That was fast.”

In an interview on 60 Minutes airing this Sunday, late-night comic Conan O’Brien tells 60 Minutes if he was in Jay Leno’s position –ousted from primetime and looking at a return to late-night — he would have “Done something else, go someplace else. I mean, that’s just me.”

O’Brien left NBC — with a $33 million settlement — after a bitter divorce from the network, which decided to reinstall Leno in its marquee late-night show after his primetime program, The Jay Leno Show, bombed. In the interview with Steve Kroft, Conan – whose new TBS late night series will debut in November – said had the roles been reversed, he would’ve handled things differently.

“He went and took that show back and I think in a similar situation, if roles had been reversed, I know … I know me, I wouldn’t have done that,” O’Brien said. “If I had surrendered ‘The Tonight Show’ and handed it over to somebody publicly and wished them well and then … six months later, but that’s me, you know. Everyone’s got their own, you know, way of doing things.”

The official music video for Christina Aguilera’s eagerly-awaited single “Not Myself Tonight” — penned by Ester Dean and produced by Polow da Don — hit the Interwebs early Friday. The single appears on Aguilera’s upcoming album Bionic, due in stores June 4, but the track and video have kicked the longstanding rumors that Xtina is reinventing herself as the second coming of Lady Gaga into overdrive.

Emilio Masella, the buff Gold’s Gym trainer who almost proposed to Jersey Shore star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, will travel from New York to California in search of a new guidette on Fist Pumping For Love, a new docu-series produced by The Hills’ Spencr Pratt and Heidi Montag.

After four months of dating, Masella was dumped by the guidette in a voicemail earlier this month when a furious Snooki discovered that he’d auditioned for MTV’s The Real World behind her back.

“It is the perfect partnership for me as a growing player in reality television,” Spencer — whose Pratt Productions will produce the feature — said in a statement to PEOPLE on Thursday. “You haven’t seen nothing yet,” the villain added.

Filming reportedly kicked off this week. No air date or network has been announced.

President Obama is now a part of the nightlife in China. The Obama Club opened in Shanghai on Monday — although several club staffers say they’ve heard of the hotspot’s all-powerful namesake.

The nightclub is lavish with two stone lion statues and an enormous outdoor fountain that operates in time with a piano ballad, according to AOL.com, which posted photos of the club’s grand opening this week. The club has state-of-the-art audio and video entertainment systems, dancers, hostesses, and a rooftop garden.

Guests are greeted inside by a strobe light, fog machines and six big screens that display graphics that “look as though they might have been borrowed from an iTunes audio visualizer.” It boasts a capacity of 2,000, making it one of the largest entertainment venues in Shanghai.

The club is using Obama’s campaign platform for “Change” to build its clientele.

“Because Obama has mentioned “change” during his election campaign, so in truth we also hoped that this nightclub, a pinnacle of culture and entertainment, can be an instrument of change,” says Dragon Chiang, vice chairman for Shanghai Yahe Investment. “We no longer want people to think of nightclubs as a certain kind of venue. We hope that under our leadership, this nightclub can have a fresh way of operating.”

A dying comedian’s cremation urn is being customized to bring us some very “enlightening” messages from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

The animal rights group has forked over $200 to place ads blasting KFC and dog breeders on the urn that will hold the remains of Aaron Jamison. The Springfield, Oregon man, who is terminally-ill with colon cancer, offered the ad space earlier this month to help his wife cover his funeral costs.

“I’m on different chemo now,” says Jamison, who has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of the disease that’s now attacking his liver and lymph nodes. “If it works, I’ve got about nine months. If it doesn’t work, I’ve got three. So I’m trying to get on the ball with the ad sales.”

The PETA ads will read “I’ve Kicked the Bucket-Have You? Boycott KFC” and “People Who Buy Purebred Dogs Really Burn Me Up. Always Adopt.”

Although Aaron is very much in on this joke, the whole thing just seems a bit low — even for PETA. Exploiting a dying man’s need for cash to further your own annoying agenda? Couldn’t they have just donated some money and called it a day? Somewhere in their crusade for animal rights, this group has forgotten about the ethical treatment of humans….

Shakira has cleared her calendar and is heading to Phoenix on Thursday, where she plans to meet with the Mayor and Chief of Police to discuss ways to campaign against the controversial immigration law passed in Arizona last week.

The law — signed Friday by Republican Gov. Jan Brewer — makes it a state crime to be in the US illegally and directs police to question people about their immigration status if there is reason to suspect they’re illegal immigrants. The statue is believed to be the nation’s toughest on immigration, with even President Obama questioning its legality amid fears that the system could lead to racial profiling.

Tito Ortiz and Jenna Jameson have patched things up and are both singing a different tune about the violent Monday morning encounter that has the professional fighter facing felony domestic charges for throwing the ex-sex worker into a bathtub.

On Thursday, Jameson withdrew her abuse allegations against Ortiz.

“What actually happened has now been dramatically distorted and misinterpreted and remarks that both Tito and I made after the police arrived reflect the state of shock that we were both in,” Jenna tells TMZ.com.

This statement comes just hours after the porn queen claimed a clean drug test debunked her boyfriend’s claim that an altercation between them was an intervention, not an assault. He’s now claiming that he found two “very old” pills in Jenna’s pants pockets and he jumped to conclusions about her using, resulting in an argument.

Little Louis Bardo Bullock — son of actress Sandra Bullock — may be only a few months old, but he’s already snatching headlines from some of Hollywood most seasoned vets. Earlier this year, Guetta released “Acapella,” a similarly-designed techno-dance-infused single for R&B golddigger Kelis. Although I’m not a huge fan of JLo’s singing voice (which I sometimes liken to a cluster of cats clawing at a chalkboard), I adore Donna Summer and I love dance anthems, so I’ll definitely be adding this one to my iPod.
