  • “Real Housewives’” Tamra Barney Dating Husband Simon’s Friend, Eddie Judge

Tamra Barney, one of the stars of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Orange County, was so heartbroken by her holiday split from her overprotective husband Simon, she’s rebounded right into the arms of one of his friends.

    Funny how that happens……

Simon says he walked into a club in Sin City last Saturday night to find Tamra snuggling up with his buddy, Eddie Judge.

“I saw them holding hands and acting like a couple,” Simon told RadarOnline.com. “As soon as Tamra saw me, she let go of his hand and walked away. I went up to Eddie and asked him if he’s (bleeping) my wife. He didn’t say a word,” he said. “I couldn’t believe what I had just witnessed – the ultimate betrayal by a pal and my estranged wife.”

Simon filed for divorce from Tamra, citing “acts of disloyalty and infidelity,” on Jan. 6. Tamra has vehemently denied Simon’s cheating allegations, but does admit that she’s been seeing Eddie for “about a week.”

  • Charlie Sheen Brooke Mueller Back Together

Charlie Sheen is moving back in with his wife, Brooke Mueller, according to her lawyer.

The actor was charged with felony menacing, third degree assault and misdemeanour criminal mischief in court in Aspen, Colorado on Monday in relation to a Christmas Day fight in which Sheen allegedly threatened to kill his wife at knifepoint.

Mueller told police the couple had argued and that Sheen pulled out a knife and held it to her throat when she threatened to divorce him and take their children. At the time, the star denied brandishing the knife but admitted crumpling his wife’s eyeglasses and said both of them had slapped each other’s arms, according to court records.

Sheen did not enter a plea, but a protective order that has separated the spouses since the incident nearly two months ago was lifted. Brooke and Charlie were allowed to fly back to Los Angeles together after the ban was modified, according to Mueller’s lawyer Yale Galanter. The attorney admits his client is eager to reconcile with the Two and a Half Men star for the sake of their infant twin sons.

“Brooke’s desire was to get the order modified so they could have contact and communicate because of their children. Judge Boyd was gracious enough to grant that and now Charlie and Brooke are on their way back to L.A. to continue their lives,” Galanter said speaking to E! News on Monday. “We need to give them a chance to be alone and catch up on everything that has happened over the last couple of months. We’ll see what happens.”

  • Hugh Hefner Sued For Refusing To Sell “Sinking Playboy”

A Playboy shareholder has filed a lawsuit against the magazine’s founder, Hugh Hefner, for refusing to sell the brand despite its declining worth.

The class action lawsuit maintains that in the past six months Hefner has deliberately sabotaged two potential deals to sell off the adult magazine — which the shareholder claims is falling apart. The plaintiff alleges that the 83-year-old hustler enjoys the company of young models too much to give up Playboy.

“If you were Hugh Hefner… would you give up the parade of busty blondes, the fancy mansion and the reality TV show for a pay-out?” an investment company that analyzed Playboy’s business claims said in the lawsuit filed on Monday. “Hefner has continued to live the good life and make sure everyone knows it. Hefner remains in the limelight, showing up at media events and at the Playboy mansion… with his girlfriends by his side.”

The plaintiff is seeking unspecified damages.
