  • Amy Winehouse Planning To Remarry Blake Fielder-Civil In Las Vegas

Will second time be the charm for Crackhouse and her whacked out ex?

Amy Winehouse is reportedly set to tie the knot with jailbird former husband Blake Fielder-Civil in a Las Vegas ceremony….just as soon as the heroin addict wraps up his latest stint in rehab!

    Ain’t love grand?

“They will definitely be getting married and have agreed on Vegas. Amy doesn’t want a traditional ceremony and wants it to be similar to their first wedding,” The Sun claims. “Amy and Blake have cleaned up their act and want a fresh start. She picked the new pad because it is big enough to be a family home.”

The “Rehab” star — who was previously denied a US Visa for drug possession and assaulting a fan — needs to get the all-clear from authorities before she and Blake can fly out to plan the ceremony.

Blake and Amy- who reconciled earlier this year, just months after divorcing – originally eloped in Miami in May 2007. Although the pair are planning a similar laid-back approach to their nuptials, have opted for a different American city because the Grammy-winning singer is frightened returning to Florida could be disastrous for their relationship.

“She chose not to marry in Miami again because she thinks it could be a bad omen. She can’t stop talking to people about their future together.”

  • Tom Brady Gisele Bundchen Boston Penthouse Taken Off Market

Even super-stunning celebs aren’t immune to the stalled housing market and the sinking economy.

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and her husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, have chucked plans to sell their Boston, Massachusetts home after they failed to attract a buyer for the posh penthouse, The Boston Herald reports.

The star couple placed the penthouse on the market in October for $10.9 million. The 5,300 square foot property boasts five fireplaces, a state-of-the-art entertainment media room, landscaped roof deck and beautiful views of the Charles River. Gisele even gave birth to the couple’s son, Benjamin, in the bathtub of the home in December. Nonetheless, the pad has failed to attract a buyer in the six months its been on up for sale.

Tom and Gisele have given up trying to sell the property.

“They are trying to get $2,000-dollar a square foot. The most they can realistically get is $1,300 or $1,400 dollars. They are trying to get a premium because it’s their house,” a tipster divulged.

The 47-year-old actress — who starred as an exotic dancer in the ’90s flick Striptease – joined the oldest of her three daughters — 21-year-old Rumer, at a party at exclusive Tinseltown venue this month and couldn’t wait to show off her raunchy moves.

“Demi got up and impressed everyone, especially when she spun around the pole upside down,” a fellow reveller gushed to the tab this week.

Evan Rachel Wood has dropped out of the Broadway adaptation of Spider-Man.

The True Blood actress will no longer play Spider-Man’s love interest, Mary Jane Watson, when Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark opens on the Great White Way later this year.

“Evan Rachel Wood has departed Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark due to a scheduling conflict,” producers told Variety this week.

Casting is under way to find a new Mary Jane to join the rest of the cast in the production. Woods’ departure is just the latest in a string of problems that have dogged Peter Park’s trek to Broadway. The musical was originally scheduled to open in February, but financial restraints for the extravagant production forced producers to reimburse ticket-holders.

Spider-Man: The Musical will reportedly open for previews in late summer, with official opening expected next fall.

  • Farrah Fawcett Oscars Memorial Snub Was No Accident, Says Director; Tatum O’Neal “Devastated” By Omission

For the first time since Sunday’s Oscars, Academy Awards executive director Bruce Davis admitted Tuesday that Farrah Fawcett wasn’t included in the Academy Awards’ In Memoriam segment because the actress was better known as a TV star.

Davis said the academy committee debated including both Fawcett, who died of cancer last June, and Gene Barry, a longtime TV actor who passed away in December at age 90, in the memorial segment but ultimately omitted both.

Davis — who has organized the Oscars “In Memoriam” tribute — and his colleagues thought that while the two stars appeared in movies over the course of their career, they were best known for their “remarkable television work” and would be more appropriately honored by the television academy at the Emmys.

In the meantime, Fawcett’s de facto stepdaughter Tatum O’Neal — whose Oscar-winning father Ryan was Farrah’s longtime on-again, off-again flame — issued a statement saying her family is “deeply saddened” over the omission.

“On behalf of myself, my father Ryan O’Neal and my entire family, we are deeply saddened that a truly beautiful and talented actress Farrah Fawcett was not included in the memorial montage during the 82ND Academy Awards,” the statement said. “We are bereft with this exclusion of such an international icon who inspired so many for so many reasons. Beautiful, talented Farrah will never be forgotten by her family and amazing fans.”

When asked why Michael Jackson was included when actors were left out, Davis explained that the music legend had appeared in a popular theatrical film recently, thanks to the success of the concert documentary This Is It. “Think of all the blogging we would have gotten if we had left him out!” he retorted.

  • First Lady Michelle Obama Donates Inaugural Gown To Smithsonian

First Lady Michelle Obama headed to the Smithsonian on Tuesday to donate the gown she wore to last year’s Inaugural Ball.

I’ve never liked this dress, but Mrs. Obama continues a long tradition of First Ladies who have donated their inaugural gowns to be on display at the world-famous Smithsonian. So kudos to her. Obama’s gown — a one-shouldered, white chiffon number designed by Taiwanese fashionisto Jason Wu — will be the new centerpiece for the museum’s popular “First Ladies of the Smithsonian” exhibit.

The new A First Lady’s Debut gallery will include 11 gowns worn by First Ladies from Mamie Eisenhower to Mrs. O. The two galleries that make up the Smithsonian’s First Ladies exhibition will feature a total of 24 dresses and more than 100 other artifacts.

  • Howard Stern Rips Gabourey Sidibe

Howard Stern mercilessly ripped into Academy Award-nominated actress Gabourey Sidibe on his Sirius XM Radio Show Monday. The notorious shock jock and his formerly fat sidekick Robin Quivers relentlessly lit into the Precious star, who Howard refers to as “the most enormous fat Black chick I’ve ever seen.”

Wow, angry much? Mincing words has never been Howard’s strong suit, has it?

Interestingly enough, Showtime disagrees with Howard and Robin’s assertion that Gabby is done in Hollywood: the star has been tapped for a recurring role in the network’s new dark comedy, The Big C.

The Harlem native previously guest starred in the pilot episode of the series, which stars Laura Linney as Cathy, a repressed suburban teacher/wife/mom diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Gabourey will play a quick-witted student in Cathy’s class.

  • “The Office’s” John Krasinski Favored To Play Captain America

Sorry, Dane Cook: John Krasinski, best known as straightlaced Jim on NBC’s The Office, is thisclose to nabbing the biggest role of his young career: Captain America.

Insiders at Marvel Entertainment tell FOX News’ 411 Column that Krasinski is on the verge of nabbing a role in The First Avenger: Captain America, scheduled to be released by Paramount on July 22, 2011.

“John has read 4 times and is doing screen tests,” says the Marvel spy. “He has screen tested 2 times so far. It’s very likely that he will be the new Captain America. He is a favorite among the key decision makers and has been asked to come back for more this week.”

At this point, Krasinski is the main focus at Marvel. The insider said the pay would “not be outrageous” for the original story film, but note that a box office blockbuster could result in multiple sequels.

“The big bosses are having him read with multiple actresses up for the female leads. They want to lock down the role and then they will narrow down everyone else….”

  • Runaway Prius Spells New Trouble For Toyota

Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Just weeks after Toyota supposedly found a solution to their accelerator problems, a Toyota Prius sped uncontrollably down a California road due to a stuck accelerator. A San Diego man says his 2008 Toyota hybrid raced out of control for more than 30 miles — reaching speeds of over 90 MPH — on a San Diego County freeway on Monday. With the help of a California Highway Patrol official, the driver was able to bring the car under control, but what does this latest scare mean for the already troubled Toyota Corporation?

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sent two investigators to examine the car after yesterday’s incident, said Olivia Alair, a spokeswoman for the Department of Transportation. Toyota Motor spokesman Brian Lyons said the automaker is sending three of its own technicians to investigate.

  • Letterman Extortionist, Robert Halderman, Pleads Guilty In Blackmail Scheme

All’s well that ends well for one staff shagger: Robert Halderman, the former 48 Hours producer who attempted to extort $2 million from David Letterman, plansplead guilty in a Manhattan courtroom this afternoon.

Halderman was arrested in connection with the scheme last October. He is expected to be sentenced to six months in jail, 1,000 hours of community service, and 4 1/2 years probation for threatening to leak news of the Late Show host’s affairs with several staffers — including Letterman’s one time assistant Stephanie Birkett, Halderman’s former live-in girlfriend.

The case spurred the TV icon to tell viewers he’d had sex with women on his staff for years. Halderman’s lawyers initially said he was just offering to sell Letterman a thinly veiled screenplay about the comedian’s life.

Halderman could be out in four months with good behavior.

  • Andy Richter Slams NBC, Leno On “Live With Regis & Kelly”

Andy Richter filled in for Regis Philbin on ABC’s Live with Regis & Kelly on Tuesday – and he wasn’t shy about sharing his feelings on the the late-night debacle at NBC.

Conan O’Brien’s sidekick is frustrated with NBC and Jay Leno over the way the network handled the Leno vs. O’Brien battle for The Tonight Show. After nine months as host of The Tonight Show, O’Brien left the network in January, after NBC officials decided to revamp its struggling primetime and late-night lineup and move Leno back to 11:30 PM.

Richter says he was frustrated that Leno was allowed to reclaim the host chair after O’Brien had inherited that plum assignment.

“NBC, definitely, everybody said they were going to do something and they didn’t…It’s very frustrating, when somebody says — and especially when they’re on videotape — and say, I’m going to take this No. 1 show and hand it over and hope the next guy makes it the No. 1 show, and then doesn’t,” Richter told Live’s Kelly Ripa Tuesday.
