    • Coordinating with staff, partners, contractors, and client stakeholders to prepare reports for internal management of programs and assure that completed projects meet pre-determined goals

    Your background will consist of:

    • BS in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering
    • 1-3 years experience in energy efficiency
    • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Certified measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Superb client relationship skills
    • LEED AP – preferred

  • Technology Engineer

The Technology Engineer will design and engineer solar arrays and perform production analysis. Technology Engineer will also work on specific projects to support and develop strategic goals. Responsibilities of this position will be to conduct PVsyst simulations to determine solar plant production output at different sites and under different conditions; design and engineer solar arrays and low to medium voltage electrical interconnections; maintain database of key parameters for solar photo-voltaic panels and review new products; complete single line diagrams and wire sizing calculations for array design and layout; support efforts for continuous improvement across the entire Engineering,

    Procurement, and Construction (EPC) scope of developing and building solar photovoltaic arrays. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering and design role is required, with previous experience in photovoltaic systems ideal. Must be a pragmatic problem solver with a strong focus on results and able to manage multiple projects with different deadlines. A Bachelor Engineering or Science degree is required, Electrical Engineering degree strongly preferred. Good understanding of renewable energy required with basic understanding of solar energy principles.

    Familiarity with PVsyst software package is a plus. Strong analytical, quantitative and data analysis skills required. Individual is expected to have extensive knowledge of Excel and other data analysis packages to analyze weather data. Must have ability to relate and equate technological issues to underlying economic considerations. Any college level course work in business, accounting, economics, finance an added plus. Should be familiar with electric code and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, IEEE). CAD experience would be beneficial but not required.
